How can one enter the competition?Eligible entrants must visit the Promoter’s website at https://moodstate.com.au/gp-drivers-afterparty/ and complete the entry form. Only one entry per person is permitted; multiple entries are not allowed.
What are the prizes available in the competition?There are a total of 22 prizes available, detailed as follows:
- The first 5 eligible entries drawn will each win a double pass to attend the Melbourne GP Drivers' After Party on Sunday, 16th March 2025, valued at $79.04 each.
- The next 5 eligible entries drawn will win a VIP pass to the same event, including a smoked cocktail, valued at $250 each.
- The subsequent 5 eligible entries drawn will receive a Merch Pack, which includes 4 Stündenglass shot glasses and a GP Drivers Afterparty T-shirt, valued at $100 each.
- One eligible entry will win an Entertainers Pack, featuring a Stündenglass Kompact Gravity Infuser with a travel case and drink cloche, valued at $920.
- Finally, one eligible entry will win a $1000 gift voucher to stay at the Ritz Melbourne.
What is the total prize pool amount?The maximum total prize pool value is $4065.20. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any changes in prize value between the time of entry and the date of the prize draw or use.
What are the conditions for the prizes?The Melbourne GP Drivers’ After Party prize does not include flights, accommodation, or any additional costs incurred by a winner in attending the event. Prizes must be used as stated, and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use a prize as specified. Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services.
How will winners be notified?Winners will be notified privately by email and phone immediately after the draw. Their names will also be published on the Mood State Facebook and Instagram pages for a period of 19 hours.
What happens if a winner cannot claim their prize?The Promoter reserves the right to redraw in the event of an entrant being unable to meet the competition terms and conditions or if a prize remains unclaimed by 12 pm AEST on Saturday, 15th March 2025. A second chance draw will take place at 12:30 pm on the same day.
Is there any liability limitation associated with the competition?The Promoter and its associated parties will not be liable for any losses, damages, expenses, or personal injuries arising out of this competition or the use of any prize. The Promoter also reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the competition if necessary.
What will happen to entrants’ personal information?Entry details remain the property of the Promoter. The personal information provided will be used for the purposes of conducting the competition and awarding prizes, in accordance with the Promoter's privacy policy.
