WHO CAN ENTER?

Entry is open to all Australian residents who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.
Directors, management, employees and their immediate families of Network Ten Pty Limited (“TEN” or “Promoter”) and Mercury Mobility Pty Ltd and their associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether by natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece,
nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The Promotion commences on Tuesday 21 October, 2014 at 00:05AM (AEDT) and concludes on Sunday 14 December, 2014 at 23:55PM (AEDT) or when all qualifying Recipe to Riches products (as set out in clause 3.2(b)) sell out, whichever is earlier (“the Competition Period”).
HOW TO ENTER:
To
submit one valid entry into the Promotion entrants must, during the Competition Period:
a) WATCH: Watch the first broadcast of Recipe to Riches on Network Ten currently scheduled to air each Tuesday at 7.30pm local time in each state, from 21 October – 9 December 2014, and watch/listen for the announcement of the weekly promotional code word during each hour of broadcast (including the episode and its commercial advertising breaks). There are a total of 8 weekly promotional code words and a new promotional code word will feature in each week’s Recipe to Riches episode. A promotional code word will continue to be valid until the next promotional code word is announced in the next episode of Recipe to Riches or until the Promotion closes (on Sunday 14 December, 2014 at 23:55PM (AEDT)), whichever occurs first.
If for any reason during the Competition Period any Recipe to Riches episodes do not go to air, the promotional code word is not displayed during any Recipe to Riches episode, or any Recipe to Riches episode is rescheduled, the promotional code word will be made available on the Recipe to Riches Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/reciperichesau at a time to be determined by the Promoter, in its sole discretion.
b) PURCHASE: Purchase any of the following Recipe to Riches products at any Woolworths’ supermarket or on Woolworths Online during the Competition Period, and retain the original purchase receipt containing the unique Woolworths receipt number or Woolworths Online order/invoice number (“Woolworths Receipt”):

7) Episode 4 Winner - Series 2, Recipe to Riches 2014
8) Episode 5 Winner - Series 2, Recipe to Riches 2014

10) Episode 7 Winner - Series 2, Recipe to Riches 2014
Every product purchased will entitle the entrant to one (1) entry into the Promotion. For the avoidance of doubt, entrants may purchase multiple products on one (1) receipt, and will be able to submit the same number of entries as the number of purchased products, using the same unique Woolworths Receipt number and same promotional code word for the multiple entries.
Purchases must be made during the Competition Period.
