COMPETITION DATES
Automatic entry into the Promotion commences at 12.01am AEST on Monday 18th June and closes at midnight on Sunday 22nd July 2018.
PERMIT
The Insurance Geeks Pty Ltd are authorized to run this competition under NSW's trade promotion lottery permit number LTPS/17/19607.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE?The Promotion is open to Australian Residents only who are over the age of 18. All customers who purchase a Zoom policy between 12:01am on 18th June 2018 and midnight on 22nd July 2018 go into the draw to win.
This Promotion is not open to any employees or family members of employees of Zoom or its related companies.

PRIZE CONDITIONS
No part of the prize is exchangeable or transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
The Prize Draw will be made at 11:00am AEST Tuesday 24th July at the Zoom office. The winner will be chosen randomly by a computerised system (Winner). The first Winner selected shall win the main prize.
There is a total of one draw to be made for the entire promotional period.
Each selected Zoom participant will be automatically entered into the Draw once they purchase travel insurance between the Promotion Period.
The Winners will be notified by telephone and in writing via email within 48 hours of the draw to confirm delivery of their prize. Zoom shall liaise with winner and suppliers to organise logistics.
Any Winner who cannot be contacted either by telephone or email due to overseas travel will be contacted again upon their return. If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days after their return to Australia, they will forfeit his/her right to the Prize and that Prize will be re-drawn using the list of eligible entrants (excluding any Ineligible Persons) who had joined the competition during the Promotion Period.
If a Winner becomes an Ineligible Person, his/her Prize will be re-drawn using the list of eligible entrants (excluding any Ineligible Persons) who had joined the competition during the Promotion Period. This redraw will be conducted at the Zoom offices at the earliest opportunity and the winner will be chosen randomly by a computerised system.
Winner of any re-draws will be contacted by telephone and notified in writing by email within 48 hours to confirm delivery of their Prize.

The Winners of the Promotion may have their names published on the Zoom website and within marketing materials through social media and digitals assets.
By accepting the prize, the Winner agrees to participate in and co-operate as required with all reasonable media editorial requests relating to the prize, including but not limited to, being interviewed and photographed.
All entries become the property of the Promoter, Zoom, who collects personal information about participants to enable participants to participate in this Competition. Zoom may require the consent of the ‘Winner’ to disclosure personal information to third parties for the purpose of fulfilling and organizing the prize.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Competition, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following:
• Any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control).
• Any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference.
• Any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter.
• Any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions.
• Any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire terms and conditions between the Competition Entrant and Zoom Travel Insurance with respect to the Promotion. These Terms and Conditions are subject to applicable State or Territory laws regarding trade promotion lotteries.
