Who can enter the competition?

Entry is open only to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who own and reside in their own property. Individuals who rent or do not own the property are not eligible to participate.

When does the competition close?

The competition opens at 5:00pm AEST on Friday, 28 February 2025, and closes at 10:00pm AEST on Monday, 31 March 2025.

How can one enter the competition?

To enter, Eligible Entrants must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
1. Complete the Crimsafe Secure Score tool at https://securescore.crimsafe.com.au/.
2. Input accurate requested details within the Secure Score assessment.
3. Agree to the Terms and Conditions and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
4. Submit a fully completed online entry form, providing the following details:
- First Name
- Surname
- Email Address
- Home Address
- Postcode
- Phone Number
- A response in 25 words or less to the question: "Tell us why you and your family would like a Home Crimprovement upgrade this Neighbourhood Watch Month?"

What are the prizes won?

The total prize (“Prize”) is valued at up to $5,000, which includes:
- Installation of Crimsafe Regular security screens on up to two (2) doors and/or two (2) windows.
- A Ring Camera Starter Bundle.
- Two (2) Smart Tags and one (1) Security Bundle (as available on https://shop.crimsafe.com.au).
- Upgrades to locks and installation of miscellaneous security products (e.g., smart switches or locks).
- Supply of a handyman service for home upgrades and/or maintenance.
The Promoter reserves the right to modify the prize based on a home security audit of the Prize Winner's residence.

What is the total prize pool amount?

The total prize pool value is up to $5,000. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash or any other items unless specified. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for changes in prize value between the promotional period and the prize redemption date.
