How can one enter the competition?To enter, a participant must purchase "Harry and Gran Bake a Cake" by Fiona McIntosh & Sara Acton and provide Booklover Program membership details by scanning the Booklover membership card at the time of purchase. Classic Booklover cardholders receive one entry per transaction, while Gold Booklover cardholders receive two entries per transaction, regardless of the number of books purchased.
What are the prizes and what is the total prize value?The winner will receive a KitchenAid Artisan 9 Speed Hand Mixer valued at $209.00 and a KitchenAid Ceramic Bowl valued at $199.00. The total prize pool value is $408.00.
Where and when will the prize draw take place?The prize draw will take place at Trade Promotions and Lotteries Pty Ltd, 24/88 Pitt Street, Sydney NSW 2000, on Thursday, 15 May 2025, at 4:00pm (AEDT). The winner will be selected through a computer-generated process.
How will the winners be notified?The results of the draw will be published on the Dymocks website on Friday, 16 May 2025. The winner will be notified by email and asked to confirm their details to claim the prize.
What happens if the prize is unclaimed?If the prize is unclaimed by 7 August 2025, a second chance draw will be conducted on the same day, 7 August 2025, at the same location and time as the original draw. The results will be published on Friday, 8 August 2025.
Is the prize transferable?All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. If a winner is under 18 years of age, the prize will be awarded to a parent or guardian on their behalf.
