How will winners be selected in the Lucky Pet Competition?
Winners will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received. This drawing will occur on or about April 7, 2025. Winners will be notified via email and must complete and return a confirmation of prize acceptance.
What are the conditions regarding the prize?
Prizes are not transferable or assignable, except by the Sponsor. No substitutions are allowed unless the prize is unavailable, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. The prize cannot be redeemed for cash and is non-assignable and non-transferable.
What legal agreements do participants acknowledge by entering?
By participating, entrants agree to the Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor. They release the Sponsor and its affiliates from all claims and liability relating to their participation and use of the prize. Participants must comply with all rules, and failure to do so may result in disqualification.
How is the winner's information handled?
The personal information collected during the Competition will be used by KingSumo for administration purposes and in accordance with KingSumo’s Privacy Policy.
