When does the Promotion close?The Promotion commences on Thursday, 13th March 2025 at 9:00 AM AEDT/AEST and closes on Monday, 14th April 2025 at 11:59 PM AEDT/AEST. Entries received outside of this period will not be valid.
How can one enter the Promotion?To enter, participants must complete a survey form found on the Promoter's website (www.frontierpets.com.au/pages/techntoysgiveaway). The entry requires accurate details including a valid email address, home address, and contact phone number. Entrants must also confirm their willingness to share a recent photo with their dog, cat, or both if selected as a winner. Only one entry per person is allowed, and attempts to use automated methods to gain entries will result in disqualification.
What are the prizes available in the Promotion?There are two prizes valued at a total of RRP $2,380 plus GST. The prize package includes:

What is the total prize pool amount?The total prize pool is valued at RRP $2,380 plus GST. Please note that the prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative is available. Additional costs such as travel, batteries, or any required apps are not included.
What are the conditions for claiming the prize?Winners must be over 18 years, reside in Australia, and prove ownership or care of a dog, cat, or both residing at the same address. Photo identification is required to claim the prize. All prizes are subject to availability, and the Promoter may substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value.
How will the winners be selected and notified?Winners will be selected by a panel of judges based on originality, creativity, and alignment with Frontier Pets brand values. Winners will be notified by email within seven days of the end of the Promotion Period and will also be published on the Promoter's website for a minimum of 28 days. Winners must respond within seven days to claim their prize.
What happens to the entries?All entries become the property of the Promoter. By entering, participants agree to the use of their photographs or video content for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

What are the liability terms for the Promoter?The Promoter excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from the Promotion, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law. This includes technical difficulties, unauthorized access, and tax liability incurred by the winner.
