Who can enter the Luxury Prize Home Draw #545?The draw is open to anyone except for members of the yourtown Board of Directors, Executive Management, those engaged in the draw process, yourtown Information and Technology staff, and their immediate family. Persons under 18 years of age are not eligible to enter.
When does the draw close?The draw closes on Sunday, 6 April 2025, at 10:00 PM AEST.
How can one enter the draw?Participants can enter by purchasing tickets. A maximum of 500,000 tickets are available, which are numbered consecutively within the permitted ticket range.
What are the prizes and their details?The main prize is a luxury home located at 163 Tallgum Avenue, Doonan, QLD 4562, valued at $2,800,000. Additional components of the 1st Prize include:

The results will be broadcasted live on Facebook. Participants will be notified by phone, email, and registered mail on the day of the draw, and results will be published on the yourtown website.
What happens if a prize is unclaimed?For unclaimed prizes in the ACT and NSW, a redraw will occur three months after the draw date. If the 1st Prize remains unclaimed for one year, a redraw will take place on Thursday, 9 April 2026. For other states, similar rules apply, with unclaimed prizes under $5,000 being sold and proceeds applied to charity.
