How will the winner be notified, and what happens if the prize is unclaimed?
The winner will be notified by email by 10/05/2024. If the prize is unclaimed within 30 days, another eligible entry will be selected. If unclaimed for six months from the close of the competition (09/11/2024), the prize will be forfeited.
What are the conditions associated with the prize?
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. If the winner is under 18 years old, the prize will be awarded to their nominated parent or guardian.
What are the privacy and legal terms associated with the promotion?
Entrants consent to the Promoter using their personal information for promotional purposes. The Promoter may use the winner's name, likeness, image, and/or voice for promotion without remuneration. The Promoter is City of Port Phillip ABN 21 76 29 77 945.
