Win Motley Crue Madness Zone Tickets (inc travel) Max TV

To enter the Competition and be eligible to win, entrants must:
(a) complete the online entry form at www.maxtv.com.au; and
(b) indicate which concert date you would like to attend;
(c) in 25 words or less in total answer the following questions:”What makes you a
worthy of the Motley Crue Monster Madness Zone tickets and why?” (the
“Competition Question”)
There are six (6) x prizes in total, consisting of one (1) x Major Prize and five (5) x Minor
Prizes. The Major Prize and the Minor Prizes are together referred to as the “Prizes”:
a) The Major Prize consists of:
I. Two (2) x MONSTER MADNESS ZONE tickets to see Motley Crue LIVE in
Sydney on Saturday 9 March, 2013, valued at $750 including GST.ONLINE SKILL
II. Two (2) x return economy air-fares from the winners nearest capital city to
Sydney; valued at a maximum of $1000.
III. One (1) x nights twin share accommodation in Sydney on Saturday 9 March,
2013; valued at a maximum of $300 inc GST.
IV. Return on-ground transfers in Sydney from airport to hotel to venue; supplied with
cab charges or private car transfer valued at a maximum of $350.00;
V. The opportunity for the major prize winner and their friend to meet the band
members of Motley Crue and have a personal photograph taken with them;
subject to promoters and band availabiltliy; this is a money can’t buy component
of the prize
VI. One (1) x pack of Limited Edition MOTLEY CRUE merchandise (not available to
the General Public) as chosen by the promoter with various items; money can’t
buy
VII. Two (2) x general access tickets to the VIP pre-concert function; details will be
provided to the major prize winner by the promoter; money can’t buy
VIII. One (1) x Pre-signed Limited Edition MOTLEY CRUE Lithograph; money can’t
buy
IX. One (1) x MOTLEY CRUE new single, SEX; delivered by digital download by the
promoter; money can’t buy
X. One (1) x Limited Edition MOTLEY CRUE lanyard (not available to the General
Public); money can’t buy
XI. One (1) x Souvenir MOTLEY CRUE Tour Bag; money can’t buy
XII. One (1) x Tommy Lee UNIT clothing packs containing a t shirt, jeans, boardies
and a jacket, a signed drum head and copy of the catalogue on CD and also
vinyl; as chosen by the promoter, items may vary slightly; valued at a maximum
of $600.00 inc GST
The Minor Prize consists of:
I. Two (2) x tickets to see Motley Crue LIVE in concert at one of the dates below;
as chosen by the entrant, valued up to $350 including GST.
