2. Competition opens 12:00am 1 April 2022 and closes 11:59pm 9th May 2022 AEST. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
3. The competition is open Australia-wide except for employees of Active Truth, Fernwood and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation of the competition.
4. There is no entry fee or purchase necessary to enter this competition.
5. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
6. By signing up for Active Truth's newsletter you agree to receive email correspondence from Active Truth and for your information to be provided to Fernwood's entities for additional marketing purposes.
7. Entrants must follow the mandatory steps as stated on the competition entry page.
8. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
9. One prize pack. Prize pack includes:

The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Dollar values are in AUD. Total prize value: $1,700. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
10. The winner will be chosen at random by software, from all valid entries received.
11. The winner will be notified via email on 10th May 2022. Winner's name will be announced via social stories on 10th May 2022. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
12. The promoter will require an address from the winner for the delivery of the prizes.
13. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

15. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
