Who can enter the competition?
The competition is open to those who sign up on the official Giveaway site and are legal residents of Australia. Employees of waterdrop® ANZ, companies associated with the promotion of the Giveaway, and their immediate family members are not eligible.
When can they enter the competition?
The Giveaway period starts on Monday 19 June 2023 and ends on Friday 21 July 2023. Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway period will be disqualified.
How can they enter the competition?
Entrants need to submit an entry on the official Giveaway site https://waterdrop.com.au/pages/competition during the Giveaway period. All requirements specified in the giveaway must be fulfilled to be eligible. Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries or attempts to circumvent the rules may result in disqualification.
What is the prize they can win?
The winner will receive the following: 1. A waterdrop® 1.4L Athlete Yellow Bottle, personally signed by Novak Djokovic 2. A tennis ball, personally signed by Novak Djokovic 3. A Lacoste x Djokovic Sports Jacket [size Medium] and Lacoste High-Cut Sports Socks 4. A year's supply of Microlyte Melon 5. Two additional waterdrop® Sport’s Bottles
What is the total worth of the prize?
The Lacoste sports jacket and socks are valued at $400, a year's supply of Microlyte Melon is valued at $570, and the two additional waterdrop® Sport’s Bottles are valued at $115. The total prize value is $1,085 excluding the value of signed Novak Djokovic memorabilia.
How will the winner be notified?
The potential winners will be notified via email on or about the end of the Giveaway period. They are required to respond within five (5) days of the date of notice or attempted notice to claim the Reward. If they fail to respond within the required time, they forfeit the Reward.
What are the odds of winning?
The odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received.
What happens if the operation of the Giveaway is impaired?
If the operation, security, or administration of the Giveaway is impaired in any way, the Sponsor may either suspend the Giveaway to address the impairment and then resume in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these rules, or terminate the Giveaway.
What is the agreement in case of any disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of the Giveaway?
Except where prohibited, participants agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of the Giveaway or any Reward awarded shall be resolved by binding arbitration, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the giveaway home location.
