How can one enter the promotion?To enter during the Promotion Period, Eligible Entrants must:
1. Follow @elementsofbyron on social media and tag 3 friends.
2. Fully complete and submit their entry online by providing their first name, surname, email address, and confirmation of being 18 years or older.
A limit of 1 entry is allowed per applicant, and entries must be submitted in the entrant’s own name.
What are the prizes?The prize includes:
- A 30-night stay in a ‘Superior 2 Bedroom Villa’ for up to 4 guests, which can be split into a maximum of four separate stays. The accommodation prize will be issued as a voucher.
- A $4,000 resort credit for dining at the resort’s food and beverage outlets.
- A $1,000 resort credit for treatments and products at Osprey Spa.
- A $1,000 Spell gift voucher.
- A $1,000 Zulu & Zephyr gift voucher.
- A $1,000 Habitat Byron Bay gift voucher.
- A $190 voucher for experiences from Let’s Go Surfing, Zephyr Horses, Out of the Blue, or Byron Bay Ballooning.
- A $1,000 Vanessa Megan Skincare voucher.
What is the total prize pool amount?The total prize pool is valued at up to AUD $48,490 RRP. All components of a prize must be taken together as up to four trips booked by the Promoter. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other travel accommodations.
What are the conditions of prize redemption?- Transport to and from Elements of Byron is not included.
- Additional fees during the stay are the winner's responsibility.
- The booking period for the prize is from 01/07/2025 to 31/08/2026, with specific blackout dates.
- Participants must hold a valid credit card upon check-in for incidental charges.
- Travel insurance is required, and proof must be provided before travel.
What happens if the prize is unclaimed?If the prize remains unclaimed by 11.00am AEST on 11/04/24, a re-draw will occur at 12 noon AEST on the same day.
What legal obligations are there for entrants?Entrants must sign any required legal documentation, including a release and indemnity form, as a condition of accepting the prize. The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage suffered during the prize participation.
