Who can enter the #TravelWithVisa April 2023 promotion, and when does it start and end?The promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over with an Australian mobile number. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and agencies associated with the promotion are ineligible to enter. The promotion starts at 09:00am on 3 April 2023 and ends at 11:59 pm on 17 April 2023.
How can entrants participate in the promotion?To participate, entrants must visit the Visa Australia Instagram page or the Visa Australia Facebook page, follow the page, locate the promotional post for the promotion, and leave a comment on the post with their favorite "Ends of the Earth" destination they have traveled to and why.
What is the prize pool and how are the winners determined?There are five prizes of equal value to be won across Australia during the Promotional Period, with a total prize pool value of AU$2,500. The best five valid entries received, as determined by the judges based on creativity and suitability to the question, will win a prize of a AU$500 digital Visa gift card.
What are the rules for submitting entries and using content?Entrants must submit entries that comply with the promotion's terms and conditions and agree to indemnify the Promoter for any breach of clause 12 (content rules). Entrants must also agree not to submit content that is unlawful, fraudulent, or in breach of any intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights, defamatory, obscene, derogatory, pornographic, sexually inappropriate, violent, abusive, harassing, threatening, objectionable with respect to race, religion, origin or gender, not suitable for children aged under 15, or otherwise unsuitable for publication. The Promoter reserves the right to reject, edit, or remove any entry at any time without notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever.
When will the winners be announced, and what are the terms and conditions for claiming the prize?The judging will commence at 10am on 18 April 2023 at 60 Margaret Street, Sydney NSW 2000, and winners will be notified via Instagram or Facebook within two (2) business days of the judging. Winners must contact the Promoter within 3 calendar days of the day that the notification was issued by the Promoter and follow the instructions set out in the notification. If a winner does not redeem a prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the Promoter has the sole right and discretion to select an alternative winner, and the original winner will automatically forfeit the prize in such an event. If a prize remains unclaimed or unawarded by 26 April 2023, the Promoter may dispose of the prize as it sees fit.
What are the terms and conditions for the prizes?Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash unless otherwise specified. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming a gift card are not included. Any unused balance of a gift card will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of a gift card is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer, including those specified on the gift card. All taxes that may be payable as a consequence of receiving a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
