Terms and Conditions
The instructions on how to enter and prizes form part of the conditions of entry and entry into the Win 1 of 2 “Get Ready For Spring” packs is deemed to be acceptance of the terms and conditions of the Promotion.
Promotion commences 9:00am 1st August, 2017 and entries close at 5:00pm local time on 31st August, 2017.
Entry is open to Australian residents who are members of the Yates Garden Club. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, or agencies, suppliers or companies associated with this Promotion, are ineligible to enter.
You enter the promotion by writing 25 words or less “what is your top tip for getting your garden ready for spring”.
Entries are limited to one per household.
The best entries will win 1 of 2 “Get Ready For Spring” which includes:
1 x Yates Mini Greenhouse
1 x Yates 500ml Dynamic Lifter Liquid
1 x Yates Thrive Tomato Liquid Fertiliser
1 x Seed Raising Mix

All entries will be judged having regard to the overall quality of the response to the Promotion Question, including literary composition, creative merit and originality. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. By entering the promotion, you authorise the reproduction of your answer to the Promotion Question (without attribution) on the Yates Website and the editing of the answer prior to publication without consultation.
The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
The winners will be advised email and winners names will be published on www.yates.com.au.
The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute.
The Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of entries and to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process.
The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies accept no responsibility for lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected entries.
Any tax liability arising as a result of accepting any prize is the responsibility of the winner.
The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of receiving, taking or using any prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
All claims and entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter may use personal information for future marketing purposes, unless otherwise advised by the entrant. The Promoter may provide personal information relating to entrants to organisations that assist the Promoter with promotional, marketing and publicity activities. An entrant may access and correct any personal information held by the Promoter, upon request to the Promoter.
