WHO CAN ENTER?

Entry is open to residents of Australia who are 18 years and over (Eligible Entrants).
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
Competition commences at 9:00am AEST on 18 August 2014 and ends at 5:00pm on 14 September 2014 (Promotional Period).
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter, Eligible Entrants must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
a. Visit www.missionforhealth.com.au ("Competition Website”);
b. Follow the prompts to the Competition entry page and input all requested details (including their full name, valid email address and full street address);
c. acknowledge that they have read and understood the Terms and Conditions by ticking the relevant box; and
d. submit the fully completed entry form.
Only one (1) entry permitted per person.
PRIZE:
There will be a total of thirteen (13) prizes to be won during the Promotional Period. There will be one (1) major prize (Major Prize) and twelve (12) minor prizes (Minor Prizes).
