WHO CAN ENTER?

Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 13 years or over. Entrants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering this promotion.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
Promotion commences at 12:01am AEDST on 09/02/2015 and ends at 11:59pm AEDST on 12/03/2015 (“Promotional Period”).
HOW TO ENTER:
To be eligible to enter, individuals must, during the Promotional Period, take an original photograph of their lounge room, kitchen or bathroom featuring a Harris Scarfe product (“Photograph”).
To enter, individuals must then upload their image via Instagram, with the post containing a one (1) word description of their style in the caption, the Instagram Handle @HarrisScarfe and the hashtag #HarrisScarfe. Entrants must act in accordance with Instagram’s requirements and terms of use at all times, which can be viewed here: http://instagram.com/about/legal/terms/.
For the avoidance of doubt, entrants’ profiles must be on public display and contain adequate details to allow the Promoter to identify the entrant for the entrant to be eligible for entry.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
Incomplete or indecipherable illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) each entry must be substantially unique; and (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner.  Each entry will be individually judged based on creative merit and the best home styling, as depicted in each Photograph. The judging will take place at Level 5, 420 St. Kilda Road, Melbourne, VIC 3000 on 12/03/2015 from 11:00am AEDST. The judges may select additional reserve entries which they determine to be the next best, and record them in order, in case of an invalid entry or ineligible entrant. The winner will be notified via Instagram.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
