They must fully complete the competition entry form and agree to receive New Balance marketing emails before submitting their entry. Each participant is limited to one entry during the competition period.
What are the prizes and total prize pool amount?The competition offers a total of 3 prizes. Each prize consists of 1 pair of New Balance Cyber Pink Elite v4 Shoes and a $500 New Balance eGift Card, with each prize valued at $860. Therefore, the total maximum prize pool value is $2,580.
What are the terms associated with the prizes?The New Balance eGift Cards are subject to specific terms detailed on the New Balance website. The winner must provide proof of identity, age, and residency upon request to claim their prize. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash and must be used according to supplier conditions. If a prize is unavailable, the promoter may substitute it with a similar value prize.
What happens after the winners are drawn?Winners will be drawn on 21/02/2025 at 12:00 midday (AEDT) at the draw address: Focal Promotions, 2/7 Stayner Street Beaumaris VIC 3193. The first three valid entries drawn will win a prize. Winners will be notified by phone and mail (or email) within 7 days of the draw date, and their names will be posted on the New Balance website. Winners must accept their prize within 90 days of being drawn, or they risk forfeiting it.
What if a winner cannot be contacted?If the prize has not been awarded within 90 days after the draw date, a further draw may be conducted on 23/05/2025 at 10:00am (AEST) at the same draw address. The first valid entry drawn in this further draw will be the winner, and they will also be notified accordingly.
Is the promoter liable for any issues related to the competition?The promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or liability incurred by entrants and winners in connection with the competition, including late or misdirected entries or technical errors. However, this does not limit the rights of entrants or winners under the Australian Consumer Law 2010.
