When does the promotion close?The promotional period commences on 01/02/2025 and ends on 22/02/2025.
How can one enter the promotion?Eligible entrants can enter the promotion by making one (1) online or in-store purchase at Lotte Duty Free Brisbane Stores. Each eligible transaction provides one entry, and participants can complete an entry form on the Promoter’s website, providing their order code, full name, phone number, email address, and date of birth. Participants are limited to one entry per day and must retain their original purchase receipt as proof of purchase.

When will the prize draw take place?The prize draw will occur at 10:00 AM on Monday, 24 February 2025, at the Promoter's Brisbane Airport Office.
How will the winners be notified?Winners will be notified via email and/or phone call within one day of the draw. The winner's name will also be published on the Promoter’s website for at least thirty days.
What are the conditions for claiming the prize?Winners must collect their prize within fifteen days of notification. The flight ticket must be booked before 25 March 2025 and is valid for six months from the date of issuance. Additional terms apply regarding flight interruptions and no-show fees.
