What is the winner selection process?
One potential winner will be drawn randomly via an electronic draw at the Promoter's address. The winner will be the first person drawn following validation and verification. The Promoter may also draw additional reserve entries in case the initial winner is deemed invalid or does not claim the prize.
How will the winner be notified?
The winner will be notified via email within two business days of the prize draw date. The winner's name will also be announced on the Promoter’s website within three business days and will remain available for thirty days.
What happens if the prize is unclaimed?
If the prize is not accepted, claimed, or if the winner cannot be contacted within one month of the prize draw date, the winner will forfeit the prize. A reserve winner may be awarded the prize, or an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted one week after the original draw.
Are there any conditions regarding the prize?
The prize must be taken as offered, is not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. If the prize is unavailable for any reason, a similar prize of equal or greater value may be awarded.
