How can one enter the Pick Your Prize promotion?To enter, participants must complete the online entry form and the Member Program subscription form during the promotional period. They must select one of three prize options, answer the subscription questions, and provide all other requested details. If already a member, they must update their details on the subscription form. Entries can be submitted via the websites of participating shopping centers.

What is the total prize pool amount for the Pick Your Prize promotion?The total maximum prize pool for the promotion is valued at $1,998.
How will the winners be chosen?The winners will be determined through a computerized random draw conducted on 17 March 2025 at 3:00 PM AEDT at Level 50, 25 Martin Place, Sydney, NSW 2000. The prizes allocated will be based on the selections made in the entry form.
How will the winners be notified?Winners will be notified by the phone number and email address provided in their entry. The first initial and last name of the winners will be published on the relevant participating center's website within 7 days of the draw.
When must the prizes be claimed?Prizes must be claimed by 4:00 PM AEDT on Friday, 4 April 2025, at the participating center where the winner entered the competition.
What happens to unclaimed prizes?If a prize is unclaimed, an unclaimed prize draw will be held on 17 June 2025 at 10:00 AEST. The first valid entry drawn will win any unclaimed prize, and they will be notified via email and telephone by 18 June 2025.
