Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
Promotion commences on 14/07/2016 and ends at 11:59pm on 30/08/2016 (“Promotional Period”). All times indicated in these Terms and Conditions are in AEST.
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter, individuals must visit either nbl.com.au or www.nbl.com.au/thanksyou, follow the prompts to the promotion entry page, input the requested details (including their full name, telephone number, and a valid email address), and submit the fully completed entry for so it is received during the Promotional Period (“Initial Entry”). Only one (1) Initial Entry permitted per person.
Once an Initial Entry has been submitted, individuals will be eligible to receive additional entries (each an “Additional Entry”) by completing either of the following:
Friend Referral: to receive one (1) Additional Entry, entrants must refer a friend/family member by providing their full name and a valid email address as prompted on the promotion entry page after submitting an Initial Entry. Each validly referred friend will then receive a promotional email from the entrant inviting them to enter. Entrants agree and warrant that: (a) they can only refer individuals who are an Australian residents aged 18 years or over and who consent to receiving these types of emails from them; and (b) the friend’s name and unique email address provided is valid. Entrants can only nominate friends, family, colleagues and other individuals who they have a direct relationship with, and who consent to receiving these types of messages. A maximum of five (5) Friend Referral Additional Entries permitted per person.
Promotion Sharing: To receive one (1) Additional Entry, entrants must complete one (1) of the following actions to share the promotion during the Promotional Period: (a) follow the prompts on the entry page after submitting an Initial Entry to share their participation in the promotion on Facebook and/or Twitter; (b) log in to their Facebook Account and ‘like’ the NBL Facebook Page (at facebook.com/TheNBL); (c) share any one (1) the NBL Facebook Page’s posts on their Facebook timeline; (d) tagging at least one (1) Facebook friend on one of the NBL social media posts on Facebook or Twitter (at @NBL) (max one (1) tag per friend). Entrants will receive one (1) Additional Entry for each action successful completed during the Promotional Period with a maximum of five (5) Promotion Sharing entries permitted per person.
