Where an entrant is aged between 15 and 18 years old, prizes will be awarded only if the consent of their legal guardian is first given and obtained.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, resellers of the Promoter’s products and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Resellers means any organization or person, and their employees, who purchase the Promoter’s products in commercial quantities. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, defacto spouse, child or step child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step parent, grandparent, step grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step brother, step sister or 1st cousin.
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter this promotion an entrant must complete the following during the Promotional Period:
a. Purchase a specially marked takeaway coffee cup from a participating retailer
b. Find the unique 15-digit code printed on the underside of the takeaway coffee
cup (entry code)
c. Access the web site http://cupofcash.com.au or http://cupofcash.co.nz and submit a valid entry form, including a valid entry code
List of participating cafes will be available at http://cupofcash.com.au or http://cupofcash.co.nz websites. This list may be updated from time to time.
PRIZES:
Instant Winners (or Replacement Instant Winners if an Instant Winner fails to claim the prize within the permitted time) will each win an Instant Win Prize of:
a. Australia Post Money Order or alternatively an electronic transfer to the value of AUD50
The Major Winner (or Replacement Major Winner if the Winner fails to claim the prize within the permitted time) has won the opportunity to play contingency game (“the Game”) for the chance to win AUD1,000,000. The prize will be awarded as a cheque made payable in the winner’s name.
The Game will take place at the office of Punch! Agency, Level 2, 20 Hutchinson St, Surry Hills, NSW 2010 at 11:00am on 10/08/2016. If this location is unavailable, a suitable alternative location will be arranged by the Promoter. Any and all costs associated with attending the Game are the sole responsibility of the Participant.
The Game will be played as follows:
a. Part 1: there will be 10 envelopes on display at the start of Part 1 of the Game.
One (1) envelope will contain a promotional message representing that the participant may continue to Part 2. The other nine (9) envelopes will each contain a promotional message representing $AUD10,000. The Participant/representative (“Attendee”) must choose only one (1) envelope without touching, handling or interfering in any way with any of the other envelopes on display. If the Attendee is found to have breached this condition, he/she will be disqualified. If the Attendee selects an envelope containing a promotional message representing $AUD10,000, then the Game will end and the Attendee will not proceed to Part 2, and the $AUD1,000,000 prize will not be given away and, subject to verification by the judges, the drawn Participant will win $AUD10,000. The prize will be awarded as a cheque made payable in the winner’s name. If the Attendee selects the envelope containing the promotional message representing that the participant may continue to Part 2, then, subject to verification by the judges, the drawn Participant will be invited to immediately play Part 2 of the game.
b. Part 2: there will be 100 envelopes on display at the start of Part 2 of the Game. One (1) envelope will contain a promotional message representing $AUD1,000,000. The other ninety-nine (99) envelopes will each contain a promotional message representing $AUD10,000. The attendee must choose only one (1) envelope without touching, handling or interfering in any way with any of the other envelopes on display. If the Attendee is found to have breached this condition, he/she will be disqualified. If the Attendee selects the envelope containing the promotional message representing $AUD1,000,000, then, subject to verification by the judges, the drawn Participant will win $AUD1,000,000. If the Attendee selects an envelope containing a promotional message representing $AUD10,000, then the $AUD1,000,000 prize will not be given away and, subject to verification by the judges, the drawn Participant will win $AUD10,000. The prize will be awarded as a cheque made payable in the winner’s name.
The total value of the prize pool is up to $AUD1,010,000, comprised of:
a. One (1) Major Prize of up to $AUD1,000,000
b. Two hundred (200) Instant Win Prizes totalling $AUD10,000
All prizes, or any unused portion of any prize, are not transferable or exchangeable.
Instant Winners who submit their correctly filled Instant Win Claim Form will receive their
Instant Win Prize within thirty (30) days of the Closing Time.
In accordance with these Rules, and subject to any unclaimed prize draw(s), at the
conclusion of the promotion, all valid claims for prizes and valid entitlements to claims
will be met, notwithstanding if the advertised prize pool has been exceeded.
Printing and other quality control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim. Unless otherwise due to fraud or ineligibility under these Terms and Conditions, all prize
claims in excess of the advertised prize pool will be honoured. Instant win game
materials void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way.
Only specially marked Biopak cups will include an entry code.
