2.Employees of The Heat Group or their family members or anyone else connected inany way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not bepermitted to enter the competition.
3.There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

5.Closing date for entry will be midnight (12am) 3rd December 2015. After thisdate no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

7.The rules of the competition and the prize for each winner are as follows: Theentrant must correctly guess the new face of ulta3 and answer a question in 25words or less why they would like to meet this person. There is a limit of 5guesses per person. The winner receives an official invitation to attend anexclusive photoshoot with the face of ulta3 and personally meet the face ofulta3. The winner will also receive a beauty prize pack from ulta3 with aminimum value of $250. The Heat Group will choose the winner based on the entrant guessingthe new face of ulta3 correctly, and their 25 word or less answer. The winnerand their friend will be responsible for their own transportation to thephotoshoot and must be willing to adhere to a confidentiality agreement. 8.The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and theseterms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civilor military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of anyapplicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’scontrol. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon aspossible by the promoter.
9.The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to anyentrant by any third party connected with this competition.
10.No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are nottransferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right tosubstitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
11.Winners will be chosen subjectively based on the perceived quality of thesubmission, by a representative of The Heat Group.
12.The winner will be notified by Facebook within 28 days of the closing date. Thewinner will be required to respond to any contact from the promoter via theDirect Message function on the ulta3 Facebook page or email address provided. Ifthe winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days ofnotification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner andpick a replacement winner.
13.The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prizes can be redeemed,via reply to the direct message or email address provided.
14.The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competitionwill be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15.By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to bebound by these terms and conditions.
16.The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australianlaw and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of thecourts of Australia.
