During the Registration Period listeners will need to go to their local station website and register their details (“Entry”). These entries will all be placed in a national pool in accordance with Item 9.
Their Entry must include the following details without limitation:
- Name;
- Age;
- Suburb;
- Phone Number;
- Email Address;
Entrants must also tell us in (50) fifty words of less why they would like their bills paid?Entrants must also give details of a maximum of five (5) bills they have incurred and would like to be paid by the Promoter.
At various times on each Contesting Day, the promoter will judge entries as they are received based on their creativity, originality & suitability from their fifty (50) words or less answer and choose entrants to go to air. All decisions are at the discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard. These Entrants will have the opportunity to have their bills paid. Entrants may also be contacted via phone or email to discuss their entry off air. Any such discussion does not necessarily guarantee the entrant will be chosen to participate in the contest.
Whilst on air, the promoter will image “swiping a credit card” in the form of a sound effect. This sound effect will either confirm that the bill is to be paid or deny that the bill to be paid. For each Contesting Spot, there will be a pre-determined maximum on the credit card that won’t be revealed on-air. The Promoter will select the order that the bills are to be submitted for play during the contest segment via a random manual draw (maximum of 5 bills to be paid in any contesting hour). All decisions are at the discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.
One(1) by one (1), the promoter will enter the amount of each of the entrants bills (order will be at promoters discretion) – imaged as “swiping the credit card” sound affect on air. The entrant will have the opportunity to stop after each bill has been approved and decide if they would like to:
(a) Play on and have the next bill paid at the risk of losing the bill/s that have been paid to that point; or
(b) Stop at their last approved bill and have those bills up to that point paid and forfeit any additional “unpaid” bills.
If, at any time, during the contest, the “credit card” is denied the entrant will lose all “paid” bills to that point and win nothing finishing the contest segment. All decisions are at the discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.

There will be a minimum prize pool of two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) and a maximum prize pool of three hundred thousdand dollars ($300,000). Each prize will consist of one (1) of the following:
- One (1) x cash prize determined by the amount of the entrant’s bill/s in accordance with item 8.
Minimum value of all prizes: $200,000
Maximum value of all prizes: $300,000
