PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The promotion commences at 00:01am (AEST) on September 01, 2014 and closes at 11:59pm (AEST) on September 04, 2014 (“Promotional Period”). The judging will take place at Bauer Media, 54 Park Street, Sydney NSW 2000 and will beginning on September 05, 2014. The judging will be done by a panel of judges appointed by the Promoter. The winners will be notified by telephone and in writing using the contact details provided in their entry.

HOW TO ENTER:
To be eligible to enter, individuals must, during the Promotional Period visit www.cosmopolitan.com.au , follow the prompts on the WIN page and tell us in 25 words or less “Which of the Kardashian’s style is your favourite and why?”.
PRIZE:
The best one (1) valid entry, as determined by the judges, will be deemed the major prize winner and will win the following prize:
Two (2) x Meet and Greet tickets to meet Kim Kardashian West’s at the fashion launch of Kardashian Kollection at Westfield Parramatta (Sydney) on Saturday 13 September 2014
No alternative prize nor cash will be given in lieu of the prize.
Major prize:
The winner will be allowed to take a companion under the age of 18 years to the meet and greet. However one (1) person at the meet and greet must be 18 years and over.
The meet and greet component of the prize must be taken on 13 September 2014 to coincide with Kim Kardashian West’s appearance at the Kardashian Kollection fashion launch at Westfield Parramatta. If the winner is unavailable to travel on the dates stipulated by the Promoter, the winner will forfeit the component of the prize which they are unable to redeem. In the event that the winner is unable to redeem the prize on the dates stipulated by the Promoter, and the winner is unable to transfer the prize to a nominated person, then the prize will be forfeited by the winner and neither cash nor another prize will be awarded in lieu of the forfeited component/s of the prize. In the event that the entire prize is forfeited by the winner, the Promoter will award the prize to the next best valid entry.
The Promoter is neither responsible nor liable for any loss or damage suffered in the event that the Launch of the Kardashian Kollection at Westfield’s Parramatta and/or Meet and Greet with Kim Kardashian West is postponed, cancelled, rescheduled or relocated for any reason whatsoever. Kim Kardashian West’s availability to participate in the meet and greet is subject to the Kim Kardashian West’s schedule and availability at the time of the arranged meet and greet. The Promoter makes no guarantees to the availability Kim Kardashian West’s.
The length of the meet and greet with Kim Kardashian West is at the complete discretion at Kim Kardashian West and her management’s. The Promoter is not responsible for guaranteeing any length of time of the meet and greet. Any photographs permitted at the time of the meet and greet will be at the absolute discretion of Kim Kardashian West’s management. The Promoter makes no guarantees photographs will be permitted.
