WHO CAN ENTER?
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 13 years or older only.
Employees of the Promoter, including all retail staff, and their immediate families (including but not limited to spouse, ex- spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step- grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or cousin) and associated agencies, providers and companies of the Promoter associated with this Promotion are not eligible to enter.
Entrants who are under the age of 18 must have their parent or guardian consent to their entry and the parent or guardian of the Entrant is deemed to have consented to and is bound by these Terms and Conditions. Parents or guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of their consent of the Entrant entering this Promotion.

Entrants must have a valid and current Facebook account (or create a valid Facebook account during the Promotion Period). Entrants can only enter in their own name and from their own Facebook account. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and Entrants (including age and place of residence) and to disqualify any Entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or if the Entrant, in the sole discretion of the Promoter, engages in any unlawful or other improper conduct which may jeopardise the proper conduct of the Promotion. The Promoter’s legal right to recover damages or other compensation in such instances is reserved. If the Promoter suffers loss or incurs any costs in connection with any breach of these Terms and Conditions or any other legal obligation of the Entrant, the Entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter for those losses, damages and costs.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The Promotion commences at 9.00am (AEST) on Thursday 4 June 2015 and closes at 11.59pm (AEST) on Tuesday 23 June 2015 (“Promotion Period”).
HOW TO ENTER:
Entry is via the Internet.
To enter, an Entrant must, during the Promotion Period:
(a) Visit www.facebook.com/michelspatisserie (“Page”);
(b) Provide a response to the following as posted on the Page on Thursday 4 June 2015: “Tell us what you would top your
Party Surprise Cake with and why”.
(c) Click ‘Post’ to submit a response so that it is received during the Promotion Period (“Entry”).
PRIZE:
The Promoter will reasonably endeavour to create the Party Surprise Cake described in the winning Entry, but gives no promise, guarantee, representation or warranty in relation thereto.
Where the Promoter is successful under Clause, the Winner will have their Party Surprise Cake creation produced by Michel’s Patisserie and be sold in Michel’s Patisserie stores throughout Australia and will receive one (1) Party Surprise Cake of their creation (“Prize”) valued at $34.90.
Collection of the cake will be arranged between Michel’s Patisserie and the winner.
