c. in the event that they are drawn and in order to be declared a Major Prize winner, are able to travel to and remain in Sydney and the Hunter Valley in order to participate in the Major Prize as set out in Condition 15.

The promotion starts at 10:00 am (AEST) on 25/08/2015 and ends at 11:59 pm (AEDT) on
25/10/2015 (Promotional Period).
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter the promotion, Entrants must, during the Promotional Period visit www.citibankdining.com.au/foodie (Promotional Website) and enter the competition by submitting their first name, surname, email address; post code and contact phone number into the entry form (Eligible Registration).
Entrants will automatically receive one (1) entry into the promotion upon Eligible Registration in accordance with Condition 5. Only one (1) entry via Eligible Registration per Entrant is permitted. Any subsequent Eligible Registration of an Entrant after the first valid Eligible Registration is received from that Entrant will be deemed invalid.
Bonus Entries: Entrants who complete an Eligible Registration as set out in Condition 5 will be awarded one (1) bonus entry into the promotion for each restaurant booking they submit, during the Promotional Period, using the “Book a table now” button (which is supported by Dimmi booking functionality on the Promotional Website (Bonus Entry). For the avoidance of doubt, the “Book a table now” button is found on the participating restaurant’s profile page where this online booking service is available. To be eligible for a Bonus Entry, Entrants must have dined at the restaurant elected within the Promotional Period. Multiple Bonus Entries are accepted; however each Bonus Entry must be based on a separate booking and must separately and independently comply with these Conditions of Entry.
PRIZES:
Minor Prizes: The first five (5) eligible entries drawn from all entries received in each State Group will win one (1) dining voucher to be redeemed at a participating restaurant as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion, to the value of $200.00 and one (1) Regional wine tasting pack (including three (3) white wines and three (3) red wines), valued at $160.00 (together, a Minor Prize). The total value of each Minor Prize is $360.00. Total of five (5) Minor Prizes awarded for each State Group, with a total Minor Prize value of $1,800.00 per State Group.
Major Prize: The first eligible entry randomly drawn from all entries received will win one (1) Foodie Adventure trip to Sydney and the Hunter Valley for the winner and one (1) companion aged 18 years or older, valued at up to $9,154.00 (Major Prize). The Major Prize comprises of the following components:
a. two (2) return economy airfares to Sydney from the Australian capital city airport closest to the ordinary residential address of the winner (inclusive of airfare related taxes and charges). If the winner's residential address is in New South Wales, this component of the prize is forfeited (valued at up to $2,639.00);
b. three (3) nights accommodation in the Darling room at The Darling Hotel (at The Star) in Sydney (twin share) (or similar), including breakfast for two (2) at Sokyo (valued at up to $1,735.00);
c. Dinner for two (2) at Sepia restaurant including a ‘meet & greet’ with Martin Benn (valued at $500.00)
d. two (2) nights’ accommodation in the King Spa room at Spicers Vineyard Estate in the Hunter Valley (twin share) (or similar), including breakfast for two (2), wine on arrival and dinner for two (2) at Restaurant Botanica (valued at up to $1,318.00);

f. two (2) VIP Mount Pleasant winery tour experience, and one (1) bottle of Mount Pleasant 1946 Vines Shiraz (valued at up to $175.00);
g. transfers from destination airport to Sydney accommodation, from Sydney accommodation to Hunter Valley accommodation and from Hunter Valley accommodation back to destination airport (valued at up to $909.00);
h. VIP access to the Good Food & Wine Show and various Good Food Month events in 2016 for the winner and their companion (if any), all in the state of the winner’s ordinary residential address (if the winner resides in South Australia, ACT or Tasmania, they will receive a Dining Program Voucher valued at $1,900 to be redeemed at a participating Citibank Dining Program restaurant as determined by the Promoter), valued at up to $1,878.00. This component of the prize includes the following:
i. two (2) VIP Lounge tickets;
ii. two (2) tickets to the Citi VIP Breakfast;
iii. two (2) tickets to an exclusive Discovery Zone Theatre experience;
iv. two (2) tickets to a Chef’s Table event;
v. VIP Night Noodle Markets experience for two (2) including dinner at a private table with wine;
vi. two (2) tickets to Good Food Guide Awards event;
vii. two (2) tickets to Good Food Month launch event;
viii. two (2) tickets to a Star Chef dinner;
ix. “Let’s Do Lunch” meal for two (2); and
x. Two (2) tickets to a “Hat’s Off” dinner.
