Win the opportunity to be DOLLY's 2014 ambassador!

To enter The Original DOLLY Model Search 2014, individuals must, during the registration period, enter by either of the following methods:
View To enter, individuals must select the DOLLY channel and hold the phone over the competition page in DOLLY issue April 2014 during the promotional period to follow the prompts to the entry page and complete the registration form, and include a recent clear photograph of the entrant and submit the entry as instructed
Online: Entrant must go to DOLLY Magazine Website, dolly.com.au/modelsearch and follow the prompts to the competition page and complete the registration form, and include a recent clear photograph of the entrant and submit the entry as instructed; and/or
Via Road Show / In person: print off the registration form from the website (dolly.com.au/modelsearch) or cut out the registration form in the April issue of DOLLY Magazine and submit the registration form in person at one of the below DOLLY Model Search Roadshows.
Entry Form:
A complete registration form includes: first name, last name, date of birth, full mailing address, daytime telephone number, current email address and answer to the following competition questions:

• Are you currently signed to a modelling agency?

• What are your hobbies and interests?

• Why do you think you would be a good role model for DOLLY readers?

• What is your number one confidence tip?

• What is your dream for the future?

• If you are under 18, have you had parental or guardian permission?

The criteria of the photograph attached to your entry form must be:
• Full length photograph (head to toe)
• Smiling photographs will be accepted
• Face and body facing forward (not twisted to the side)
• No group photographs
• Not wearing swimwear or lingerie
• Cannot be sitting or crouching down
• Not taken in a mirror (i.e “selfie”)
• No filters, airbrushing tools etc to be used on the photograph submitted by either a camera, mobile app or social media applications.
• Photograph must be in a JPEG form of a maximum of 3MB.
No responsibility will be taken by the promoter in the event that the original entry (including but not limited to the submitted photograph) is lost or damaged in editing or during the process of submission.
Multiple entries permitted subject to: (a) Entrants may enter once (1) using either the online or viewa entry form (b) Entrants may also enter once (1) at any Road show (as stipulated in Table A) (c) each entry is submitted separately and in accordance to the terms and conditions.
The six (6) finalists must be available to attend a photo shoot at the Bauer Media offices in Sydney at 54 Park Street, Sydney NSW 2000 on 3 May 2014 until 4 May 2014. The photographs taken in the Photo shoot will be then be displayed in the June 2014 issue of DOLLY Magazine and online at www.dolly.com.au/modelsearch for the purposes of the Public Voting period.
The six (6) finalists as determined by the judges will receive the following:
• Two (2) x return flight to Sydney for the photo shoot (shoot will take place on the 3rd and 4th of May 2014, but finalists may be required to fly to Sydney on the 2nd of May 2014 dependent on timing of shoot) from the finalist’s nearest capital city for the finalist and their parent or legal guardian valued at up to $500.00 (including taxes) (Depending on point of departure)
• Two (2) x night’s accommodation in a standard twin share room in a minimum of three (3) star hotel valued at up to $500.00
• Return airport to hotel transfers in Sydney only valued at up to $100.00
• Return hotel to photo shoot transfers in Sydney only valued at up to $50.00
• One (1) x Face of Australia pack valued at $131.85.
The Overall winner as determined by the judges will be deemed the major prize winner as per the judging criteria and will receive the below as part of the major prize as the winner of the Original Dolly Model Search (“Major Prize”):
• One (1) return economy flight to New York from the winner’s nearest capital city to meet the International Modelling Partner of Chadwicks Australia valued at up to AU$2000 (including Taxes) (depending on point of departure)
• Participate in a fashion test shoot with the International Modelling Partner of - Chadwick’s Australia
• Four (4) nights’ accommodation at a minimum of three (3) star hotel in a standard twin share room valued at up to AU$1000
• AU$100 per day meal allowance – awarded in the form of a cheque made in favour of the winner
• Return Transfers from New York airport to hotel Valued up to AU$200.
• Winner will be named the Winner of the Original DOLLY model Search and thereby get the opportunity to be an Ambassador for Dolly magazine for the period of one (1) year. As Ambassador for DOLLY magazine, the winner will be allowed to contribute to DOLLY magazine in this capacity as instructed by the Promoter.
• The Winner will be signed to Chadwick Models for an initial period of 24 months.
• If the winner is under the age of 18 years old - One (1) Return economy flight to New York from the winner’s nearest capital city for the winner’s parent/guardian valued at up to $2000.00 (including taxes) (depending on point of departure)
The maximum total prize pool is valued at up to $5000 (including taxes) (depending on point of departure).
Should Chadwick Models determine at their absolute discretion that the winner is not suitable for the New York market for any reason then the dollar amount of AU$5000 will be paid in lump sum to the winner immediately when advised of that decision. This will awarded in the form a cheque made in favour of the winner.
In the event the winner is under 16 years of age, the winner will not be able travel to New York with Chadwicks Model agency until their 16th Birthday. In this case, the Chadwick Model contract will be extended to up to an additional 36 months if Chadwick’s determine the winner by suitable for the New York Market. For whatever reason during this period or up until the winner’s 16th birthday, Chadwick Models deem the winner no longer suitable for the New York Market the dollar amount of AU$5000 will be paid in lump sum to the winner immediately when advised of that decision. This will awarded in the form a cheque made in favour of the winner.
