Terms and Conditions of Entry
1. The promotion is called “Win a People’s Choice Ultimate Home Footy Fan Pack”. Information on how to enter and the prizes forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
2. By participating in this promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
3. The promotion is conducted by People’s Choice Credit Union, a trading name of Australian Central Credit Union Ltd ABN 11 087 651 125 AFSL / Australian Credit Licence 244310 (People’s Choice).
4. The promotion commences at 9.00am Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on Tuesday 22 August 2017 and closes at 5.00pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on Tuesday 29 August 2017 (Promotional Period).
5. To enter the promotion, you must click on the link within the email and complete the online entry form.
6. You must be at least 18 years of age.
7. Employees and contractors of People’s Choice and Western Bulldogs and their immediate families are not eligible for this promotion.
8. The Ultimate Home Footy Fan Pack consists of the following:
• One (1) x Beefeater Bugg Graphite BBQ with Trolley valued at $699 RRP
• One (1) x LG 49” Smart UHD/4K TV valued at $ 1,325 RRP
• One (1) Yamaha ATS Sound Bar valued at $248 RRP

9. The Prize is valued at $2,521 RRP and is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
10. The Prize draw will be conducted at 11.00am (AEST) on Tuesday 5 September 2017 at People’s Choice Head Office, 50 Flinders Street, Adelaide.
11. The Prize winner will be determined by way of random selection from a computer database containing all entries submitted from eligible entrants. The first eligible entrant drawn will win the Prize.
12. In the event of any dispute, People’s Choice may determine, in its absolute discretion, whether a person is an eligible entrant or eligible to win the Prize.
13. If a winning entry is deemed to not comply with these Terms and Conditions, and therefore not be eligible to win the Prize, another winning entry will be determined by an immediate redraw at the same location.
14. Entries will be validated by People’s Choice Credit Union.
15. The Prize winner will be notified via telephone on the day of the draw. Should People’s Choice be unable to contact the winner by 5.00pm (AEST) on 12 September 2017 or the winner does not want the prize, a redraw will take place at 10.00am (AEST) on 13 September 2017.
16. All prizes will be couriered to the winner’s residential address.
17. Except where otherwise required by law, People's Choice's decisions in relation to the Prize draw (including any redraw) and all other aspects of the promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. By accepting the Prize, you consent to the use of your name, city of origin and image by People’s Choice for promotional and marketing purposes and you agree to participate in reasonable promotional activities as requested by People's Choice. Your personal information will be collected to enable People’s Choice to administer and promote this promotion and may be used to market services to you. People’s Choice’s Privacy Policy at https://www.peopleschoicecu.com.au/legal/privacy/ applies to all such personal information.
19. To the maximum extent permitted by law, People's Choice is not responsible or liable for, and all entrants release People’s Choice from any actual or potential liability for any loss suffered or sustained to or by any person or property including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by People's Choice, or its servants or agents in connection with this promotion including, without limitation, loss suffered or sustained as a result of:
19.1. You or another person being deemed not eligible to win the Prize in the Prize draw,
19.2. You or another entrant winning, receiving or using the Prize,
19.3. Any problems or technical failures in respect of the Prize draw or entry in the Prize draw of any kind,
19.4. Unauthorised human intervention or interference in any part of this promotion, or
19.5. Electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of this promotion.
20. The winner acknowledges and agrees that they release People’s Choice from, and indemnify People’s Choice against, any liability which may otherwise arise to them directly or indirectly from any illness, injury or death suffered by the winners or any other person for any loss or damage to the property of the winners or any other person as a result of or in connection with this promotion or redeeming or using the Prize.
21. People's Choice makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of the Prize.
22. The above Terms and Conditions do not affect, and are not intended to affect, any rights you may have as a consumer, which cannot be excluded under any applicable consumer protection law.
23. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of being run as planned, including, without limitation, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of People's Choice which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, People's Choice reserves the right in its sole discretion but subject to the approval of those authorities that have issued permits for the conduct of this promotion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this promotion.
