WHO CAN ENTER?

Entry in the Promotion is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over, excluding:
(a) management, employees, directors and contractors of the Promoter, its related bodies corporate, the Participating Outlets and other agencies, firms or companies associated with the Promotion (including suppliers of the Prize);
(b) a spouse, de-facto spouse, parent, guardian, child or sibling of a person referred to in paragraph 5(a) of these Terms;
(c) persons who have won a prize or prizes valued either individually or collectively at more than $5,000 (including GST) in any Promotion run by or on behalf of the Promoter, within the 12 months prior to the commencement of the Promotion Period;
(d) persons who have used or attempted to use any more than one name in order to qualify to win a promotion run by or on behalf of the Promoter (except in the case of a legal change of name); and
(e) persons who have breached the terms and conditions of any promotion run by or on behalf of the Promoter,
(Eligible Entrants). The persons referred to in paragraph 5(b) of these Terms includes natural and non-natural relations (in the opinion of the Promoter) and the Promoter is responsible for determining whether a person is an Eligible Entrant in its absolute discretion.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The Promotion will be open from 12:01am Australian Eastern Daylight Saving Time (AEDST) on 15 October 2014 until 11:59pm AEDST on 11 November 2014 (Promotion Period).
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter and be eligible to win, Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotion Period:
(a) purchase any two (2) the following ‘Deep Spring’ products (Eligible Products) from a Participating Outlet in one (1) transaction:
(i) ‘Deep Spring’ Mineral Water 1.25L
(ii) ‘Deep Spring’ Mineral Water 600mL
(iii) ‘Deep Spring’ Mineral Water Lemon, Lime & Orange 1.25L
(iv) ‘Deep Spring’ Mineral Water Orange & Mango 1.25L
(v) ‘Deep Spring’ Mineral Water Orange & Passionfruit 1.25L
(Qualifying Purchase); and
(b) complete their entry in accordance with these Terms (Eligible Entry).
Eligible Entrants can complete their Eligible Entry during the Promotion Period by:
(a) visiting www.ccaclubhouse.com and becoming a CCA Clubhouse member (if not already a member) and following the links to the Promotion entry page (Online Entry Site);
(b) fully completing and submitting the online Promotion entry on the Online Entry Site (Online Entry Form), including:
(i) all personal details required on the Online Entry Form, including their full name, address, contact telephone number, email address and date of birth;
(ii) the last five (5) digits of the barcode from each of the Eligible Products purchased (Valid Barcode);
(iii) the last three (3) digits of the receipt from the Qualifying Purchase (Receipt Number); and
(iv) indicating their acceptance of these Terms, (Web Entry).
PRIZE:
The first Eligible Entrant with a valid Eligible Entry drawn in the Prize Draw will win a golf experience for four (4) adults (the winner and three (3) friends) valued up to $22,000 RRP (including GST) (Prize).
11. The Prize includes:
(a) Three (3) nights’ accommodation for four (4) adults (twin share) at RACV Royal Pines Resort, checking in on Thursday 11 December 2014 and checking out on Sunday 14 December 2014;
(b) Entry into the PGA Tournament on all four (4) days (11 December 2014 to 14 December 2014 inclusive);
(c) Four (4) VIP inside the ropes passes for Friday 12 December 2014 and the chance to meet one or more players (to be selected by the Promoter) on the tee and walk inside the ropes for 18 holes;
(d) Four (4) Kirkwood Club passes for Saturday 13 December 2014 including buffet lunch and six (6) hour beverage package including beer, wine and soft drink in an air conditioned two-story marquee positioned on 18 green; and
(e) Four (4) Tournament merchandise packs containing a Tournament polo (medium in size, no size choice available) and cap (one size fits most).
And, if the Prize winner resides outside of Queensland, the Prize will also include:
(f) Return economy flights for each Prize participant from the winner’s nearest Australian capital city to Coolangatta airport; and
(g) Return transfers from Coolangatta airport to the accommodation.
