General
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of the Terms and Conditions. Entry into this competition deems acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. By accepting these terms and conditions you agree to be contacted by a Luxaflex Dealer.
3. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other reference to this competition, these Terms and Conditions prevail.
Who can enter
4. Entry is open to all residents of Australia, over the age of 18, except employees and immediate families of Hunter Douglas, associated companies and agencies and participating outlets. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex spouse, defacto spouse, child or step child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step parent, grandparent, step grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step brother, step sister or 1st cousin.
5. All entrants may enter as many times as they like but only one prize will be awarded.
6. All entrants must be the homeowner of the property they intend to apply the prize to at the time of accepting the prize.
How to enter
7. Enter an original submission at http://www.luxaflex.com.au/comp
8. Entries must include all requested contact details and a 25-words-or-less answer to be eligible to win. Each entry must be unique and received by Hunter Douglas prior to the competition close date.
When to enter
9. The competition commences on 01/08/18 and closes on 13/09/18. The winner will be the best valid entry as judged by Hunter Douglas, having regard to skill, creativity and originality.
10. The winner will be notified by phone and/or email and their name will be published online at luxaflex.com.au and Luxaflex social platforms (specifically Instagram and Facebook) before 21/09/18.
Prize on offer
11. One (1) winner will be awarded the following prize:
• A personal design consultation with Alisa and Lysandra in their home
• $15,000 manufacturer’s list price (incl GST) of Luxaflex products
• A bonus $5,000 manufacturer’s list price (incl GST) of Luxaflex products may be rewarded to the winner if they have registered to qualify for this bonus value. To ‘qualify’ the winner must have retrieved the ‘secret code’ from their local Luxaflex store and registered it online at luxaflex.com.au/designduocomp.
12. For the winner to claim the prize value of A$15,000.00 incl GST, no more than A$1,500 incl GST may be used towards the installation of Luxaflex products received as part of this promotion only and for the winner to claim the prize value of A$20,000.00 incl GST, no more than A$2,000 incl GST may be used towards the installation of Luxaflex products received as part of this promotion only. Any additional installation costs over these amounts are at the expense of the Prize winner.
13. Installation costs covered by this prize excludes the cost of an electrician or any other associated costs e.g. scaffolding, cranes, etc.
14. The Prize, or any unused portion of the Prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Any attempt to resell or auction all or any part of the Prize will result in an immediate cancellation of the Prize.
15. If Hunter Douglas is unable to contact the winner within 7 days from 15/09/18 to claim fulfilment of the promotional prize or if the winner is unable to use any element of the prize, that winner will forfeit the prize in its entirety and it shall be awarded to the next runner up in the promotion. Hunter Douglas will not be liable for a winner who cannot be contacted and therefore forfeits their prize and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. Prize must be redeemed within three months of announcement of winner.
17. Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Terms and Conditions
Opening date: 1st January 2018. Closing Date: 31st December 2018.
Employees of Hunter Douglas and its subsidiary companies including Luxaflex are excluded.
All entrants must be over 18 years of age at the date of entry and resident in Australia.
Best entrant each month wins a $250 gift voucher for the Share and Win Competition (1 gift voucher every month, total of 12 vouchers).
The entry period is from the first day to the last day of each month. A new competition will start from the 1st of every month, and entrants may post their entry again if unsuccessful previously.
The decision of the judge is final, and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
No cash alternative. Hunter Douglas accepts no responsibility or liability for any lost, damaged or incomplete entries and all such entries will be deemed invalid. The prize is non-transferrable.
If the winner is unable to be contacted (i.e. on holidays for a period of time) within 2 weeks after the draw week, then there will be a redraw.
The winner will be notified in writing within seven (7) business days of the draw and their names will be published on Luxaflex Australia’s social media platforms and at http://www.luxaflex.com.au/promotions/shareandwin
Prize winners agree to Hunter Douglas/Luxaflex using their name, competition entry including imagery in promotional activities.
Hunter Douglas reserves the right to cancel or change the competition at any time.
To enter, individuals must then complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
a) Follow the instructions as provided on Social Media or Email marketing or any other forms of authorised communications from Luxaflex/Hunter Douglas.
b) Post an after shot of your Luxaflex Makeover, using the hashtag #myluxaflexaus on Facebook or Instagram.
c) All images must be original.
d) Hunter Douglas reserves the right to moderate posted images before they are made public. Entries must not be offensive, pornographic or unsuitable for publication. Images that include people should have the permission of those involved to be included in the content.
e) All entries that have met these terms and conditions will then be considered for the prize draw.
