Entry is only open to residents of New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: Registration closes on the 12th of March, 2017. HOW TO ENTER: To enter, entrants must during the Online Registration Period visit the website, register their details and upload a photo as specified by the Promoter at the point of entry. Photos submitted by all entrants will be uploaded to an entry gallery housed at the Website (note: the Promoter will monitor entries and any entries deemed by the Promoter to be ineligible, for example because of decency of content, will not be added to the entry gallery and will be disqualified from the Promotion). During the Contesting Period, members of the public will be invited to vote for the best entry via the Website. At the end of the Contesting Period, the entrant wil the most votes, as determined by the Promoter, will be determined as the Major Prize winner. In the event of a tie, the Promoter will cast the deciding vote.
