WHO CAN ENTER:
Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
Promotion commences on 1/06/2014 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 19/07/2014 (“Promotional Period”).
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter, eligible individuals must complete one (1) of the following two (2) mechanics listed below during the Promotional Period (each person may only complete one (1) of the following two (2) entry mechanics):
IN-STORE ENTRY
Purchase any STAINMASTER® TruSoft® carpet (of any value) from any participating Choices Flooring store in Australia to receive an entry form. Participating Choices Flooring stores are all Choices Flooring stores within Australia which display advertising for this promotion;
Fully complete the official entry form, including all of the requested details;
Tick the box on the entry form to indicate acceptance of the Terms and Conditions; and
Hand the completed official entry form to a flooring consultant in-store.

Fully complete the online entry form as prompted and submit.
Each individual can only enter the promotion once. For the avoidance of doubt, individuals can only enter via one (1) entry mechanic for the promotion. Entrants who enter via the Website Entry mechanic will be awarded one (1) entry into the Major Prize Draw. Entrants who enter via the In-Store Entry mechanic will each be awarded fifty (50) entries into the Major Prize Draw.
Entrants must retain their original purchase receipt as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of the entrant’s entry and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipts must clearly specify the product/s purchased, store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period but prior to entry.
PRIZE:
The first valid entry drawn will win a trip for two (2) adults to Queenstown (New Zealand), valued at up to AU$10,000 depending on date and point of departure. Prize includes:
Two (2) return economy flights with Air New Zealand (inclusive of any airline/airport taxes) from the winner’s nearest Australian capital city to Queenstown (New Zealand);
Nine (9) nights accommodation at the 4 star Novotel Queenstown Lakeside (including any taxes and a daily breakfast on a set menu for the duration of the stay). The winner and his/her companion will be required to share one (1) room which may contain one (1) or two (2) beds, as determined by the Promoter and subject to availability;
AU$1,000 cash (awarded in the form of a cheque made payable in the winner’s name).
Spending money, additional meals, taxes (excluding airline, airport and any hotel taxes), insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations, transport to and from departure point, transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included. Prize must be taken by 1/08/2015 and is subject to booking availability (including but not limited to accommodation booking availability and flight availability).  As a condition of accepting the prize, the winner acknowledges that travel is conditional on booking availability and may be limited or unavailable during certain periods (including during peak seasons).
