The competition is about winning a Major Prize, which is a pop-up bar experience for four people at The Roadhouse. To be eligible for the competition, participants must subscribe to receive eatSouthBank and Alemré Groups e-newsletters and complete the required fields of the entry form.
Who can enter the competition?
Entry is open to all Queensland residents over 18 years of age, and they must enter as individuals, not companies or organizations. The directors, management, and employees of the Promoter and associated agencies, firms, and companies (including suppliers of the prizes) and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
What is the value of the Major Prize?
The Major Prize is valued at $200, and there is only one Major Prize available.

How will the winner be selected?
All valid entries will be put into a draw, and the winner will be chosen randomly on May 15th, 2023, by 4:30 pm (AEST). The winner will be contacted via phone and email, and if they cannot be reached within two (2) days, their entry will be deemed invalid, and another entry will be drawn.
What are the warranties of the participants?
By entering the competition, participants warrant that the details in their entry are true and correct, they have all the necessary rights to accept the terms and conditions, and any comments or other material they provide to the Promoter will not infringe the rights of any third parties. They indemnify the Promoter against any loss, damage, or claim for compensation resulting from their breach of any warranties above or as outlined in paragraph 17.
Are there any tax implications?
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought.
Can participants be contacted by the Promoter?
Participants agree to be contacted by the Promoter about the Competition and to participate in the Promoter’s publicity and promotional activities as reasonably requested. They also grant the Promoter a royalty-free, non-exclusive license to exercise all rights in relation to their entry into the Competition for any promotional and publicity activity. This license includes all rights to allow the Promoter to display, distribute, reproduce, and create derivatives of the content, in whole or in part, without further review or consent from the participant, to the public throughout the world on any media platform.
