Who can enter the giveaway?

The giveaway is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, or agents of Trak Racer and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

When does the giveaway close?

The promotion period ends on 31 December 2024. Entries submitted after this date will not be considered.

How can someone enter the giveaway?

Participants can enter the giveaway in the following ways:

: Receive one entry upon signing up.

Spend to Earn Additional Entries

- Spend $500 to receive 5 entries.
- Spend $1,000 to receive 30 entries.
- Spend $2,000 to receive 100 entries.
Purchases must be made during the promotion period to qualify for the giveaway.

What is the prize, and what is its total value?

The total prize value is $48,985 USD. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternatives or substitutes are available.

How will the winner be selected and notified?

The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries and notified via email within 5 days of the contest’s conclusion. If the winner does not respond within 15 days of the notification, a new winner will be selected.

What conditions apply to participation?

By entering, participants agree to comply with the terms and conditions. Trak Racer reserves the right to disqualify any entry deemed fraudulent or in violation of the rules. Participants also agree to allow Trak Racer to use their name, likeness, and any submitted content for marketing purposes without additional compensation or approval.

What happens if there are technical or other issues during the giveaway?

Trak Racer is not responsible for technical issues, lost or incomplete entries, or any other issues preventing entry submission. The company reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.
