Competition Period: The Competition commences at 12.01am AEST/AEDT on Thursday March 30th, 2017. Entrants must submit the completed Entry by 11.59pm AEST/AEDT on Thursday 13th April 2017.
Judging Date and Time: Winner will be judged on Wednesday 19th April 2017
Entry Restrictions: Entrants must be at least 18 years of age and permanent residents of New South Wales
Entry Method: To enter, during the Competition period, entrants must;

Terms and Conditions of the Prize: It’s the Winner’s responsibility to organise transport to and from the Primus Hotel. Compliance with any health or other government requirements is the responsibility of the Winner.
Total Value of the prize Pool: Maximum Prize pool AUD $3,000 (inclusive of GST)
Notification of Winners Prize: The winner will be notified by email within 2 (two) business days of the draw.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This competition opens 30 March 2017 and closes 13 April 2017 at midnight (AEST).
These Terms and Conditions and all other information provided prior to entering the Competition, including the Schedule and instructions on how the enter the Competition form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in the Competition is deemed as your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions. The Schedule defines certain terminology used within these Terms and Conditions and will prevail if there are any inconsistencies between the Schedule and Terms and Conditions.
Entry is only open to residents of the Relevant State who comply with the Entry Restrictions (if any) and have a valid email address. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating Companies and associated agencies with this competition are ineligible to enter.
The Competition will be conducted during the Competition period. To enter entrants must follow the Entry Method and comply with all other applicable requirements during the Competition period.
Entries must be received by the Promoter during the Competition period. Entrants may submit only one entry per person.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
Entries are deemed to have been received at the time of receipt into the Promoter’s database. The Promoter is not responsible for receipt of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information caused by an entrant or occurring during transmission. The Promoter and their associated agencies and companies assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available.
The entrant acknowledges and agrees that the entry is not obscene, derogatory, libellous, threatening, harassing, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offence.
The entrant warrants that they have the full power and authority to enter into this agreement and hereby indemnify the Promoter from and against all costs and damages incurred as a result of any breach made by the entrant.
All entries in this Competition are the property of the entrant and each entrant, by entering this competition grants the Promoter an irrevocable, perpetual, sub licence, worldwide gratis licence to reproduce, edit, publish, communicate and otherwise use the entry to the Competition in any manner whatsoever including, without limitation, in further promotions of the Competition, by way of commercial purposes and may extend to or involve use by a third party. If requested by the promoter, the entrant shall sign a form of licence of copyright to give effect to the above.
The Promoter reserves the right to reject any entry submitted to the Competition.
To the extent necessary, the entrant hereby waives all moral rights (as defined by the Copyright act 1968 (Cth)), including the right of attribution.
At the conclusion of the Competition Period on the Judging Date and Time, the entries will be judged by a suitably qualified representative of the promoter based on the Judging Criteria.
The Prize will be awarded to the entrant which best meets the Judging Criteria. Chance plays no part in determining the outcome.
The Winner shall be determined at Suite 1, level 6, 3 Bowen Crescent, Melbourne and shall be notified in accordance with the Notification of Winners section in the Schedule.
The Judge’s decision is final and binding upon all entrants and no further correspondence will be entered. Entrants who are not winners will receive no notification at all.
The Prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated. Each component of the prize is Not Transferable to another person nor can they be redeemed for cash.
The Promotor reserves the right to request the winner to provide proof of identity and age, type of verification is at the Promoters discretion.
The Promoter reserves the right to rejudge in the event of any entry being unable to satisfy these Terms and Condition by forfeiting, or not claiming the prize. The alternate winner will be notified in accordance with the Notification of winners Section.
If the Prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another Prize of equal value.
By entering the Competition, each entrant acknowledges that the Promoter may disclose entrants’ personal information to State lottery department.
If required by the Promoter, the winner agrees to participate in any promotional activities associated with the Prize such as but not limited to: filming, public appearances, red carpet and photo opportunities or media interviews as might be required. The Winner agrees to the Promoter using the Winners likeness and image for any purpose related to the Prize and Competition.
As a condition of accepting the Prize, the Winner (and his/her companion) must sign any legal documentation as in the form required by the Promoter in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
Subject to complying with all relevant State and Territory legislation, the Promoter reserves the right to amend, cancel, modify, terminate or suspend this promotion if an event beyond the control of the Promoter corrupts or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion.
Any costs associated with accessing the promotion website and mobile applications is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. The use of any automated software or any other mechanical means to allow and entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
The Promoter and its associated Agencies shall not be liable in any way if the performance of obligations hereunder is delayed or becomes impossible by reason of Any Act of God, war, fire, earthquake, strike, sickness, accident, civil commotion or any other cause.
The Promoter needs to collect the personal information required to be submitted with an entrants entry so it can enter entrants in the Competition. The Promoter and its Promotional Partners may use personal information about entrants for related purposes, including sending entrants information electronically about its products, events, news and further competitions.
