If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and anything else that refers to this competition, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
WHO CAN ENTER
Entry is open to all Australian Residents over the age of 18 except employees and immediate families of the Promoter and their associated companies and agencies. Immediate family includes the following: spouse, ex-spouse, defacto spouse, child or step child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step parent, grandparent, step grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step brother, step sister or first cousin.
Entrants must be 18 years of age or older as at the date of entry in order to be eligible to enter the competition.
The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address and/or proof of entry validity or proof of registration ownership in order to claim a prize. Proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
WHEN TO ENTER
Competition will commence on 14 th June 2020 and run through 17 th July 2020. Entries must be received by the Promoter prior to the individual competition close dates and times.
The time of entry will in each case be the time the online entry is received by the Promoter's database, not at the time of transmission by the entrant.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.
HOW TO ENTER
Entrants may enter the competition by completing the competition survey form on the promotional website www.wallabiestravel.com.au
Entrants are required to take full responsibility for the content of their entry and for ensuring that their entry complies with these Terms and Conditions. For the purposes of these content requirements, "entry content" includes any content (including text) that entrants submit in connection with their entry into the Promotion.
Any entry that is made on behalf of an entrant by a third party will be invalid, unless the entrant requires the assistance of a third party to enter due to a disability.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions of Entry or who has, in the opinion of Promoter, engaged in conduct in entering the Promotion which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or Promoter. This includes, but not limited, to entrants and households using multiple email addresses.
NUMBER OF ENTRIES PERMITTED
Only one entry per entrant will be permitted in each individual competition draw.
DRAW AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNER
The winner of the competition will be the first valid entry submitted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions that is chosen by a representative of the Promoter.
The winner will be chosen within 7 days of the announcement of the first regular season Wallabies match for 2020 in Australia, including series matches, ie Rugby Championship or Bledisloe Cup.
The Promoter's decision is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the competition result or any other decisions the Promoter makes in connection with the Promotion.
The winner will be notified by phone and email.
Should an entrant's contact details change during the promotional period, it is the entrant's responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to the Promoter.
Should the winner not accept the prize within 10 days of notification, a new winner will be chosen and contacted. The second chosen winner will again have 10 days to accept the prize, else a third winner will be chosen.

Signed Wallabies Jersey and kit hand delivered to your door by a Classic Wallaby or a member of the current squad
Exclusive meet & greet with Wallaby coach to receive a game preview over coffee
Match day dressing room tour and watch the Wallabies warm up
See the anthems (and haka, if playing New Zealand) from the sidelines and watch the match from the coaches box
Total individual prizes are up to value of $2900 (including GST). Winners will receive the specific prize they have entered for which will be described on the coupon, email entry of via website subscription.
Independent financial advice should be sought as tax implications may arise as a result of accepting the prize.
The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and the prize supplier's requirements. It is the responsibility of the winner to confirm such conditions with the prize supplier or other relevant third parties.
It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
All entrants agree that if they win the prize, they will not, and their companions will not, sell or otherwise provide their story and/or photographs to any media or other organisation, including the internet.
The prize must be taken and accepted before any advertised date in the case of an actual event, festival or accommodation prize. The prize cannot be changed once the event date has expired. In the instance a winner does not take the prize by the time stipulated, then the entire prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize.
Any travel companion under 18 years of age must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian at all times.
The winner (and their companion/s) acknowledges and accepts that activities that may form part of the prize could be or are inherently dangerous and may result in death, injury, incapacity, damage to property or other losses. The Promoter is not responsible for any acts of god, such as adverse weather conditions or industrial action or civil commotion that may take place. The winner must make his or her own enquiries about local issues and conditions at the destination prior to travel.
The winner (and their companion/s) is/are responsible for all other expenses not covered by the prize package including ski lift tickets, ski lift and lesson packages, spending money, meals (unless specified), drinks, transfers (unless specified), laundry charges, activities (unless specified), incidentals, gratuities, services charges, travel insurance and all other ancillary costs. Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect against the additional costs incurred in the event of unforeseen circumstances. The winner is responsible for ensuring that they and their travelling companion(s) are fit to travel and have received appropriate health checks prior to taking the prize.
The winner and all travelling companions are responsible for their own transport arrangements from their residence to any particular venue that may be part of any given prize.
