Format and Structure
a. To register for the “Sydney Experience” Competition you need to go to the Sydney Australia Facebook fan page (https://www.facebook.com/seesydney) and register through the Competition application tab “Win a trip to Sydney in 2013” during the Entry Period.
b. Each eligible person (clause 4b above i.e. Entrant) can enter the Competition once only via Facebook.
Format and Structure

c. Follow the prompts that take you through to completion of the Competition:
i. Become a fan of https://www.facebook.com/seesydney ie. “Like the page” (this step is not a registration or entry mechanism).
ii. Enter your first name
iii. Enter your last name
iv. Enter your email address – so we can notify you if you win
v. Enter your postcode
vi. Answer the question in 25 words or less – ‘What is the one thing you would like to experience in Sydney?’
d. Please note, by entering the Competition, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
e. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
f. Incomplete, ineligible or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
Prizes
a. There is one prize (‘Prize’). The total Prize pool value is AU$7,000.
b. The Prize contains:
i. Return economy flights for two people to Sydney from their nearest international airport
ii. Return airport transfers for two people from Sydney International Airport to their accommodation
iii. 5 nights’ accommodation at the hotel chosen by the Promoter for two people (within a 5km radius of the Sydney CBD).
iv. 2 x Bridgeclimb experiences
c. The Prize must be taken 1 February 2013 and 30 November 2013.
d. The Prize Winner (and guest) is responsible for travel to and from the experience, internal travel (except Sydney International Airport transfers) and any other incidental expenses as a result of using this Prize
(meals, spending money, other experience and attractions that they may want to visit, insurance, bonds, airport taxes, departure tax, arrival tax, mini bar, visas, telephone charges and laundry).
e. The Promoter is not liable for any employment leave arrangements or arrangements for family members i.e. annual leave payments, money for babysitting.
f. The Prize Winner and guest plus have a valid passport and visa to enter into Australia. Other entry conditions as set out by the Australian Government apply regarding entry into Australia (Customs and Quarantine). Please visit www.immi.gov.au for immigration details regarding visiting and entering Australia
g. Compliance with any health or other government requirements is the responsibility of the Prize Winner and their companion.
h. Prize travel is subject to the airline carrier’s General Conditions of Carriage.
i. All Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-replaceable and non-redeemable for cash. Prizes cannot be used to purchase gift certificates or lay-buys nor can they be re-sold. Prizes must be taken as offered. No modifications or exchanges will be possible. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value, performance or availability of any Prize.
j. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a Prize Winner does not take an element of the Prize at the time agreed by the Promoter then that element of the Prize will be forfeited by that Prize Winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the Prize.
k. Once the Prizes have been arranged by the Promoter, changes to the travel, accommodation and other Prize arrangements must be made by and are at the expense of the Prize Winner.
l. The Prize cannot be on-sold on auction websites, classifieds or by other method of re-sale.
m. The Prize cannot be used for any other promotions/competitions.
