Conditions of Entry:
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry.
2. The Promotion commences at 9am AEST on Monday 11th June 2018 and closes at 11am AEST on Friday 27th July 2018 ("Promotion Period"). The Promoter and Coordinator is HSBC Bank Australia Limited (ABN: 48 006 434 162) ("HSBC" or "Promoter"), Level 36 One International Towers, 100 Barangaroo Avenue, Sydney NSW 2000
3. Entry is open to residents of Australian States and Territories over the age of 18 years. Employees of the Promoter and Co-ordinator, their agencies associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. The Promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose and a prize may be withheld unless and until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification.
4. To enter individuals must, during the Promotional period, undertake the following steps:

5. Only one (1) entry per person will be permitted.
6. The Promoter will allow an additional ten (10) entries per person where that person completes an online survey of the Promoter.
7. There will be one (1) winner who will be drawn at random by the independent scrutineer and will win the following prize:

8. No alternative prize or cash alternatives will be offered and the dates are fixed in line with the Bledisloe Cup (Test 1) on Saturday 18th August 2018 so cannot be changed.
9. The draw for the winner will be run by CSM Sport & Entertainment Australia Pty Ltd at the address Suite 602, 6 / 66 Wentworth Avenue, Surry Hills, NSW, 2010 on Monday 30th July 2018 at 12pm AEST. The winner will be contacted by email by a representative from HSBC on the same day as the draw.
If the prize is not claimed by 10am Wednesday 1st August 2018, an Unclaimed prize draw will be run by CSM Sport & Entertainment Australia Pty Ltd at the address Suite 602, 6 / 66 Wentworth Avenue, Surry Hills, NSW, 2010 on Wednesday 1st August 2018 at 12pm AEST. The winner will be contacted by email by a representative from HSBC on the same day as the draw.
10. Winner will be published on the HSBC Australia Facebook page on Tuesday 7th August 2018

11. If any prize is declined, or the winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time, reserve winners may be selected at the Promoter's sole discretion in a manner consistent with these terms and conditions.
12. The instructions provided at the point of entry form part of the terms and conditions of this promotion. In the event of a conflict, these terms and conditions take precedence.
13. Additional spending money, meals, taxes, insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations, transport to and from departure point, additional transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included.
14. Prize must be taken to coincide with the event dates chosen with flights departing on Saturday 18th August 2018 and returning Sunday 19th August 2018 and is subject to booking and flight availability.
15. Use of the tickets is subject to the terms and conditions on the tickets and the regulations in force at the applicable venue. The tickets may not be resold under any circumstances.
16. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be requested to present their credit card or a cash deposit upon arrival at any accommodation to cover all incidentals they may incur during their stay.
17. Flights must be utilized at the same time, for the same travel dates, to and from the same destination.
18. Total prize pool, valued up to A$3,000
19. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash or any other goods or services. If in the event that the prize is not available, for reasons beyond the control of the Promoter, a prize of similar theme and value will be provided.
20. The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, disqualify entries deemed to be non-compliant with these terms and conditions and the Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry to or disqualify any entrant whose conduct may be unlawful or otherwise bring the Promotion into disrepute. In the event of such disqualification the Promoter may award the applicable prize to another entrant.
21. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
22. Entry into the promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.
23. All entries become the property of the Promoter. All entries will be entered into a database and by entering into the promotion, entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrants' names and addresses to administer the competition and for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes, unless otherwise advised. The Winner agrees that HSBC may use the name, address and photograph of the winner for promotional, marketing or publicity purposes, unless otherwise advised.
24. The prize winners may be asked to take part in promotional activities. It is a condition of entry that you agree to such use if you win and to sign any necessary promotional releases relating to the associated image rights.
25. The name of each of the prize winners is available upon request.
26. A Winner may be liable to declare his/her/ prize for taxation purpose and is responsible for payment of any tax, if any.
27. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost or delayed or rendered invalid due to incorrect participant data, lack of network coverage, system, software of hardware failure or for any other reason beyond its control.
28. The Promoter reserves the right to hold, void, cancel or suspend this promotion or to review and amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice subject to relevant state and territory regulations, where it becomes necessary to do so and by continuing to take part in the promotion subsequent to any revision of these terms and conditions, entrants shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms.
29. The Promoter and Co-ordinator, their related bodies corporate, their officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for and shall be held harmless from any loss, damage, or injury whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or sustained, as a result of or arising from the winner and companion's acceptance and use of the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
30. The Promoter and Co-ordinator will not be responsible for any act, omission, failure or delay not reasonably within their control.
