1. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these conditions. Entry into this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry.
2. The Promoter is Hardie Grant Media Ground Floor, Building 1, 658 Church Street, Richmond VIC 3121 (“Promoter”) ABN 17 080 486 755
3. The Promotion period is 19 July 2016 to 18 August 2016 (“Promotion Period”).
4. Entry is open to all Australian residents, aged 18 years and over, other than management, employees or contractors of the Promoter and other agencies, firms or companies associated with the Promotion (including suppliers of prize), and their immediate families (“Eligible Entrants”).
5. In order to enter the competition participants need to: subscribe to All Saints Estate and Halliday newsletters
6. The information entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this Promotion and may also be used for the purposes specified in the Promoter’s privacy policy. The Promoter may disclose entrants’ personal information to companies and agencies connected with this Promotion (ie, courier, Australia Post) and to relevant authorities in the Relevant States, and the winner’s name and State/Territory of residence may be published in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Entry and as required under relevant legislation. 7. Total prize pool is valued at $1600 and consists of:
a. Car hire from Albury Airport to accommodation and return to airport if required
b. Vineyard tour and private tasting in All Saints Estate Family Cellar of premium and flagship wines as well as Rutherglen Fortified Classification including Museum Muscat and Museum Muscadelle
c. Accommodation for two in a King Vineyard room at Tuilleries in Rutherglen (TBC)
d. Lunch for two including expertly matched wines at one hat restaurant Terrace at All Saints Estate Dinner for two and a bottle of premium Rutherglen wine at Thousand Pound Winebar
e. A dozen bottles of premium All Saints Estate wines including internationally award winning fortified wines.
8. The winner will be chosen from all the entries on the participating entry page. It will be drawn using random.org. 9. No Saturday night accommodation – rooms are available Sunday to Friday.
10. The judges’ decision (including any decisions as to prize distribution) is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
11. The winner will be announced/notified within 3 days of the competition closing by email to the email address entered during subscription.
12. The prize winners will be given 1 week to claim the prize. If the winner does not claim their prize in this time, a redraw will occur.
13. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any damage to or delay in transit of prizes. Please allow up to six weeks for delivery of prizes.
14. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any problems or technical malfunction of any communication network or for any late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise. The Promoter has no control over telephone communications, networks or lines and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them, whether due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter is not liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) any costs incurred.

The Promoter, its associated agencies and companies and the agencies and companies associated with this Promotion (including Blogs, Facebook, Forum & Twitter if the Promotion is conducted via a Facebook Platform, Blogs, Forum & Twitter) will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
