1. The Promoter
The promoter is Bluemouth Interactive (ABN 18 894 862 186) of Level 2, 2 Darling Street, South Yarra, Victoria 3141 (Promoter).
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.
2. Entrants
Entry into the competition means that the entrant warrants that he or she meets the entry requirements and accepts these terms and conditions.
Entry is open only to residents of Australia and New Zealand.
Employees of Bluemouth Interactive and associated companies and their immediate families and any agencies associated with this promotion are excluded from entry.
If an Eligible Entrant is under the age of 18, they must obtain consent from their parent or legal guardian before entering the promotion.
3. Time Frame
Entries for the promotion may be submitted daily from time of post until 10pm (AEST) on 30/11/18. Promotion will start at 5pm (AEST) on 23/11/18 and run 10pm (AEST) on 30/11/18 (Promotion Period).
4. Entries

Entrants may only enter this competition once per post and must enter in their own name. The Promoter is not responsible for (and is under no obligation to accept) any lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries.
The time of entry will be deemed to be the time the entry is received by the Promoter.
ThePromoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who is not an Eligible Entrant, has not complied with these Terms and Conditions or tampers with the entry process.
Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
5. Determination of Winners
This promotion is a game of skill and Winners will be selected based on a random draw.
All valid entries received between 12am (AEST) on 23/10/18 and 10pm (AEST) on 30/10/18 will be judged.
Total prize pool over the period is valued at $144.99 as of 23/11/18.
There will be a total of 1 Winner. The result of the selection is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. Notification of the Winner
ThePromoter will attempt to notify the winner within two business days of the selection.
Prizewinners name will be published on the Bluemouth Facebook page on the day following each post. All Winners will be advised via Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. If the Promoter is unable to contact the winner after having made reasonable efforts to do so using the information provided, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify the entry, in which case a winner will be selected.

The Promoter excludes all warranties and guarantees in relation to the prizes, to the extent allowable under the Australian Consumer Law. Except as otherwise required under the Australian Consumer Law, the Promoter accepts no liability or responsibility for any defect with the prizes.
Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
If a prize (or part of a prize) is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to select an alternative prize of similar value which will be awarded to the relevant Winners, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.

8. Claiming the Prize.
Photo Identity will be required to claim the prize.
A clear link between the account holder of the winning entry, and the person claiming to be the winner and the rightful owner of the account, must be demonstrated by the claimant.
If a dispute as to the winner’s identity arises, a Commonwealth statutory declaration(or relevant country-specific equivalent) must be signed in the presence of an authorised witness to justify the claimed identity. Two persons may not claim ownership of the one account. In such as case, the prize claim will be deemed invalid to both winners and a re-draw performed.
9. Limitation of liability and variation of promotion
If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this promotion and these Terms and Conditions.
