WHO CAN ENTER?
Only open to “Eligible Entrants”. An Eligible Entrant is an individual who is an Australian resident as at time of entry, excluding any: (i) employee of the Promoter or any of its related corporations or any of their agencies associated with the Competition; (ii) employee of Coca-Cola Amatil (Aust) Pty Ltd, ABN 68 076 594 119 (iii) spouse, defacto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by adoption) of an excluded employee; and (iv) person who the Promoter has previously notified is not permitted to enter the Promoter’s competitions. Eligible Entrants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering this Competition.

All times and dates are times and dates in Sydney, which will be Australian Eastern Daylight Saving Time (“AEDST”) during the Entry Period. All times are stated using the 24 hour clock. 00:01 hrs is the start of a day and 24:00 hrs is the end of the day.

HOW TO ENTER:
During the Entry Period, there will be;
a variety of 250ml coloured cans of Coca-Cola available for purchase in participating retailers nationally (“Coloured Cans”). There will be six (6) different Coloured Cans available for purchase during the Entry Period being pink, green, purple, blue, orange and red; and
various official publications, media and online communications featuring the six (6) Coloured Cans in all different orders and colour combinations.
To be eligible to enter, Eligible Entrants must access the promotional microsite via mobile compatible smartphone. Eligible Entrants can access the promotional microsite on their smartphone in various ways, including but not limited to, visiting the promotional microsite directly at www.colouryoursummer.com.au, searching the hashtag #colouryoursummer online, or via various media online. For the avoidance of doubt, entry is via compatible smartphone only and entries cannot be submitted online via a desktop computer.
Once the Eligible Entrant has accessed the promotional microsite they must follow the prompts to the competition entry page and then undertake the following steps during the Entry period:
Take a photograph of six (6) Coloured Cans (in any order/combination). The photograph can be taken of six Coloured Cans that the Eligible Entrant has purchased from a participating retailer nationally or of an official image they have found. The photograph does not need to contain each one (1) of each six (6) Coloured Cans but must contain six (6) Coloured Cans in total. Each photograph must be a clear image and show each can front facing with the logo on each side of each can visible);
Upload the photograph as instructed;
Either log in via Facebook Connect (and allow permissions) or login/register for a Coca-Cola account
Accept Terms and Conditions, Terms of Use and Privacy Policy; and
Once submitted, Eligible Entrants will be notified immediately online as to whether they are an Instant Winner in accordance with clause 12 below.
For the avoidance of doubt, Eligible Entrants may be able to manually enter a combination of Coloured Cans using the functions provided on the microsite however manually entering a combination of codes will not constitute an entry into this Competition. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional microsite is the individual’s responsibility and is dependent on the internet service provider used.
