- Why do you love Justin Timberlake?- What makes you the biggest Justin Timberlake fan?Entrants may need to be available for a phone or face to face interview with the Promoter before participating in the promotion. The time, date and location of the interview will be communicated to the entrants at the time of being selected as a potential contestant.
Across the Registration Period the Promoter, at their absolute discretion will select a minimum of two (2) original/ creative/ suitable/ entertaining entrants and they will be selected to participate in the Promotion (the “Contestant/s”).
Any entrant may be contacted by the Promoter during the Registration Period as part of a short-listing process to help select and judge the Finalists, but this does not automatically qualify them as a Finalist.
During the Promotional Period, the Contestants will be required to participate in a challenge at a location and for a duration to be advised by the Promoter (the “Challenge”). Each Contestant will need to be available for the entire duration of the Challenge and if they are not able to commit to this they will forfeit their opportunity to be a part of the Promotion.
Each Contestant will be presented with paperwork from the Promoter which may include, but not be limited to, Rules of Conduct for the Challenge and an indemnity and release form before partaking in the Challenge.
The Challenge will require the Contestants to negotiate with each other and will require the Contestants to reach a mutually agreeable decision as to who the prize outlined in Item 11 should be awarded to. The negotiations must be concluded and a mutually acceptable decision must be reached within a nominated time. The nominated time frame will be at the complete discretion of the Promoter. In order to be eligible to win the prize both Contestants must remain at the location specified by the Promoter until the mutually agreeable decision is made.
In order for the Prize to be won, it must be unanimously decided by all of the Contestants participating in the Challenge that one (1) Contestant only will be awarded with the Prize as outlined in Item 11: Prize Details.
The negotiations will be recorded and may be uploaded to the website and/or be played back on air. Those that leave the location without consent from the Promoter may be automatically disqualified.
This decision must be agreed on by all Contestants of the Challenge and this must take place after they are specifically requested by the Promoter to nominate their final decision.
The Contestants may not strike a deal between themselves – for example, one Contestant cannot agree to split the prize with another Contestant during, and/or after the conclusion of the Promotion. The Contestant/s that take part in any attempt to make a deal / split the Prize will be automatically disqualified; this will include the Contestant that initiates the deal and any other Contestant that agrees to the deal.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify anyone who behaves in a way that is deemed inappropriate, potentially dangerous, violent or offensive.
If a unanimous decision cannot be reached between the Contestants, none of the Contestants that took part in the Challenge will be awarded with a Prize.
The Promoter may then select a minimum of two (2) creative / unique / entertaining/suitable of the remaining entries to take part in the same challenge on a different day, or until such time as a winner is determined.
There will be a maximum of one (1) Major Prize to be won, consisting of:
- A trip for two (2) to Los Angeles US on a date and time to be advised by the Promoter, including return economy flights from Sydney to Los Angeles, a minimum of three (3) nights’ accommodation in a minimum of three star, and two (2) Tickets to the Legends of the Summer Stadium Tour featuring Justin Timberlake and Jay Z at a date and time to be stipulated by the promoter.
