(b) Each entry received by the Station will then be reviewed by representatives of the Promoter.
(c) The Promoter will select one (1) entry it deems the “best” (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion and based on the Judging Criteria) and the selected entrant will be deemed the winner and will be awarded the Prize.
