What is the Pearl Jam Cinebuzz Promotion about?The Pearl Jam Cinebuzz Promotion offers individuals the chance to win tickets to see Pearl Jam live in concert.
Who can enter the Promotion?The Promotion is open to individuals who are residents of Australia (excluding TAS and VIC), over 18 years of age, and not employees or immediate family members of the Promoter or associated agencies.
When does the Promotion close?The Promotion commences for ticket purchases from Tuesday 19 March 2024 at 00:01 AEDT and concludes for ticket purchases on Monday 15 April 2024 at 23:59 AEST. Final entry submissions will be accepted until Wednesday 17 April 2024 at 23:59 AEST.
How can one enter the Promotion?To enter, individuals must be Cinebuzz members and purchase a ticket to see the film "Pearl Jam - Dark Matter - Global Theatrical Experience - One Night Only" during the Promotion Period at any Event Cinemas location. Qualified members will receive an email containing a link to the Promotion entry form within 24-48 hours after purchase, where they must submit a response of 25 words or less to the question "What do you love most about Pearl Jam?" along with personal information.
What is the prize?Two Major Prizes will be awarded for Australia (excluding VIC and TAS). Each Major Prize includes:
- 2 x Tickets to Pearl Jam Live in Concert at Engie Stadium Olympic Park, Sydney NSW on 21 November 2024 (valued at AU $699.70)
- 2 x Tickets to Pearl Jam Live in Concert at Heritage Bank Stadium, Carrara QLD on 13 November 2024 (valued at AU $711.52)
The total maximum value of the two prizes is AU $1411.22 including GST. The prizes do not include flights or transfers.
What are the terms related to the Prize?The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or refundable, and cannot be taken as cash. Winners must accept the prize as stated, and no compensation will be payable for inability to use the prize. Any unused portion of the prize will be forfeited. Prize value is accurate as of Friday 5 April 2024.
How will winners be notified?Winners of the Prizes will be notified within 2 business days of the Promoter’s decision and may be contacted by phone or email. Unclaimed prizes will be awarded to replacement winners if necessary.
What is the Promoter's liability?The Promoter and the Major Prize Supplier are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from technical difficulties, equipment malfunctions, or other factors beyond their control.
