The competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over, excluding residents of the Northern Territory. Employees of the Promoter, Ritchies Stores Pty Ltd, and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

How can one enter the competition?
To enter, individuals must make a qualifying purchase of over $25 in a single transaction (excluding tobacco products, gift cards, and phone cards) at a participating Ritchies store in Victoria or New South Wales during the promotional period. After making the purchase, entrants must go online and complete the entry form in full by the closing date. Participants can submit multiple entries, with a maximum of three entries per person per day, provided each entry is associated with a separate qualifying purchase.

What prize can be won and what is the total prize pool amount?
One winner will be randomly drawn to win a $3,000 HelloWorld travel gift voucher. The total prize pool amounts to $3,000 AUD. The winner will be notified by telephone on 28th March 2025, and their name will be displayed on 31st March 2025. The prize must be claimed within three months of being contacted. If unclaimed, a redraw will occur on 27th June 2025. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
