How can one enter the competition?To enter, individuals must:
1. Visit the Kango website at https://www.kangotools.com.au or https://www.kangotools.co.nz, or find the promotional post on Kango’s Facebook or Instagram pages.
2. Follow the prompts to access the competition entry form.
3. Complete and submit the entry form with requested details including first name, last name, email address, contact number, postcode, and profession.
Only one entry is permitted per person.
What are the prizes?The first valid entry drawn will win one prize valued between $900 AUD/NZD RRP and $1,000 AUD/NZD RRP. The winner will have the opportunity to choose Kango products up to the value of $1,000 AUD/NZD from the prize pool.
What is the total prize pool amount?The total prize pool value is between $900 AUD/NZD and $1,000 AUD/NZD, depending on the products chosen by the winner.
What happens if the prize is not claimed?The winner must respond to claim the prize by 5pm AEST on 25th April 2025. If the prize is not claimed by this time, it will be forfeited. An unclaimed prize draw may occur on 2nd May 2025.
How will the winner be notified?The winner will be notified via email and telephone within seven days of the draw, which takes place on 7th March 2025. The winner's name will also be published online at the Kango competition winners' pages.
Are there any conditions attached to the prize?Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Tax implications may arise from winnings, and entrants are advised to seek independent financial advice.
What are the entry requirements regarding personal information?Entrants must provide personal information to participate, which may be disclosed to third parties for promotional purposes, as outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
Is there any restriction on entry methods?Automated entry software or mechanical means that allow repeated entries are prohibited and will render entries invalid.
