The final contest will take place between 6am and 9am (AEST) on Friday
12th April 2019
8. Entry Restrictions a) Entrants must be 18 years of age or over at the time of entry.
b) Entry is available only to permanent residents of NSW (whose
call is directed to WSFM when they call 13 9736)
c) Entrants can enter as many times as they like, however can
only receive one entry per week. Any additional entries above
this will be removed prior to the next draw taking place
d) Entrants who are not awarded a place in the final contest are
eligible to enter future draws.
e) Should they be chosen as a “Million Dollar Contestant”, finalists
must be available to attend the WSFM studio on Friday 12th
April 2019 between 6am and 10am. Finalists unavailable on
this date will forfeit their place in the major prize draw.
f) Entrants must be the holder of a valid photo ID which will be
required to play the final contest of Jonesy & Amanda’s Million
Dollar Bribe.
9. How to enter
At various times during the Competition Period:
(a) Listeners will be encouraged via promotional spots and live
announcer mentions to listen out for the audio cue to call which
will feature Jonesy & Amanda.
(b) When listeners hear the relevant cue to call, they need to be the
nominated caller/s on 13 WSFM (13 9736). The numbers
determined to be the “nominated caller” is at the discretion of the
Promoter and may change from contest to contest.
(c) Up to 10 callers may be taken in each contest

(d) The nominated callers selected by the Promoter (as determined in
their absolute discretion) will be deemed a “finalist” and placed in
the next “Million Dollar Contestant” draw. Some callers will be put
to air, but others may not, however callers will be informed by the
Promoter if they have been successful in winning a place in the next
draw.
(e) There will be up to 3 draws for Million Dollar Contestants to take
part in the final contest
(f) 3 Million Dollar Contestant draws will take place on the dates and
times below:
•Between 9am and 12pm on Friday 15th February 2019
•Between 9am and 12pm on Friday 15th March 2019
•Between 5pm and 6pm on Wednesday 10
th April 2019
(g) The names drawn will become the “Million Dollar Contestants”.
(h) Each finalist will receive one entry into the next available Million
Dollar Contest draw (for example, a finalist who calls during the
10th February will receive a place into the 15th February draw ONLY
and will not receive any places in the 15th March or 10th April draw,
unless they call and enter again).
(i) At various times throughout the Contesting Period, the Promoter
(at their absolute discretion) may call finalists and Million Dollar
Contestants at random to offer them a “bribe”. If the finalist or
Million Dollar Contestant chooses to take the bribe, they will win
the prize associated with the bribe, and forfeit their place in the
contest. Once a place has been forfeited, that finalist/contestant
will be ineligible to enter the competition again.
(j) On Friday 12th April 2019, any remaining Million Dollar Contestants
will be brought in to the WSFM studio with Jonesy & Amanda
(between 6am and 9am AEST) and will be given a choice to walk
away with a minor prize (bribe) or take their chance on the Million
Dollar Wall. The Million Dollar Contestants may be offered a variety
of minor cash prizes prior to making their decision, however only
ONE bribe will be available.
(k) The first Million Dollar Contestant to take the bribe will receive the
minor prize and will forfeit their chance to play the Million Dollar
Wall (they may however be given the opportunity to choose a
square on the Million Dollar Wall to see what would have
happened. If they choose the million-dollar prize in this case, NO
million dollar prize will be awarded).
(l) The remaining Million Dollar Contestant/s will be required to play
the Million Dollar Wall.
(m) The contestant/s will then be given a choice of 100 squares. One
square will include a cash amount of $1,000,000, the other 99
squares will contain NO prize.
(n) The Million Dollar Contestant/s will be required to choose one
square. Once the Contestant/s has chosen their square, they are
unable to change their decision.
(o) The Contestant will open the envelope allocated to their chosen
square and will win the prize assigned to that square.
(p) If the Contestant doesn’t win the million-dollar prize on the wall,
they will walk away with no cash prize.
(q) The Promoter (at their discretion) reserves the right to change the
contesting hours at any time throughout the Promotion.

12. Draw Details
There will be up to 3 draws for Million Dollar Contestants, which will
be conducted, as follows:
• Between 9am and 12pm (AEDST) on Friday 15th February 2019
• Between 9am and 12pm (AEDST) on Friday 15th March 2019
• Between 5pm and 6pm (AEST) on Wednesday 10th April 2019
All draws will take place at WSFM – 3 Byfield Street, North Ryde NSW

13: Prize Details There are up to 1,000 places to be won in each Million Dollar Contestant
draw (up to 3,000 in total for the competition).
Finalists will be contacted by the Promoter following their win (within
72 hours) and provided with details on the draw and final contest.
Minor Prizes:
There will be up to 50 x “bribes” offered to finalists and Million Dollar
Contestants, ranging from $1,000 to $30,000.
Prizes may include cash, concert tickets, movie tickets, vouchers or
holidays.
If any finalist or contestant chooses to take a minor prize, they will
forfeit their place in the final contest and they will be awarded a minor
prize only.

Finalists and winners will be notified:
- via email
- via telephone (call or text)
- on air at the time of winning
16. Publication Details Any finalists or contestants who receive a prize over the value of $500
will be published on the Station Website ‘WIN’ Page.
17: Prize Claim and Delivery Any cash prizes will be transferred to the winner’s nominated bank
account via electronic funds transfer OR the prize will be awarded to the
winner in the form of a cheque.
Any alternative prizes will be sent to winners via Australia Post to their
nominated residential or business address.
18. Prize Claim Date and Time
& Unclaimed Prize Draw
Unless otherwise stated, the major prize must be claimed within three
(3) months of the date of winning.
Should they be chosen as a “Million Dollar Contestant”, finalists must be
available to attend the WSFM studio on Friday 12th April 2018. Finalists
unavailable on this date will forfeit their place in the major prize draw.
No re-draw for these prizes will take place.
17. Special conditions • Entrants in the competition and major prize draws must be 18
years or over
• Should they be chosen as a “Million Dollar Contestant”, finalists
must be available to attend the WSFM studio on Friday 12th
April 2018. Finalists unavailable on this date will forfeit their
place in the major prize draw.
• Entrants must be the holder of a valid photo ID which will be
required to play the final contest of Jonesy & Amanda’s Million
Dollar Bribe.
• Million Dollar Contestants must be present on Friday 12th April
2019 and cannot send a proxy or nominated person on their
behalf.
• By entering this competition, Entrants grant to the Promoter a
perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty free licence to use the
materials for the purposes of conducting the competition and
for marketing and promotional purposes.
• Entrants may need to sign a waiver before their participation in
the Promotion and/or claiming their prize
• If a finalist is deemed a winner they will receive one (1) prize
only. The promoter may elect to award more than one (1)
prize.
• The Promoter reserves the right to amend the contesting
period at its absolute discretion; the Promoter reserves the
right to terminate the competition subject to any direction
from a regulatory authority.

• The Promoter’s decision is final and no further correspondence
will be entered into.
• Should the contesting segment not be able to run live, the
Promoter will pre-record a contest with the contestants which
will run within the contesting period.
