The promotion starts at 9am AEST 5 May 2022. Entries close on 4pm AEST 30 June 2022 ("promotion period"). The prize allocation will be determined by an InstantWinAPI computerised random draw system. Our decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Winners will be notified instantly on screen, followed by an email with the details of what prize they have won and instructions on how their prize will be fulfilled. Winner's names for prizes over $500 will be published on www.telstra.com.au/plus on 7 July 2022.

Who can enter?

Entry to the promotion is open to all Australian residents who are Telstra customers, who have joined Telstra Plus and who are 18 years of age or older. Excludes enterprise and corporate accounts. Telstra employees who work with the Telstra Plus program and their agents, contractors and other companies associated with the promotion and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

How do you enter?

To enter you must, during the promotion period:
join Telstra Plus and enter via www.telstra.com.au/plus from 5 May and have an active Telstra account OR
be an existing Telstra Plus member and enter via visiting www.telstra.com.au/plus from 5 May and have an active Telstra account
Only one entry per person will be accepted. A customer may only join Telstra Plus once during the promotion period. If a customer leaves Telstra Plus and joins again during the promotion period, the membership will be ineligible to enter the promotion and deemed invalid to win a prize. We may also disqualify entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions.
The prize
One entry per Telstra Plus member will win a prize that is randomly allocated. The prize pool consists of 4,816,673 prizes. The retail value of Telstra Plus points is not fixed and largely depends on the product redeemed using Telstra Plus Points. However, the estimated nominal value of each Telstra Plus point prize as at 5 May 2022 are listed below: (a) 1,300,000 x 100 Telstra Plus points – estimated nominal value each is $0.25

Unless we expressly stated otherwise, all other expenses become the responsibility of the winners. All prizes from the advertised prize pool will be distributed through a Telstra fulfilment process for hardware, and Telstra Plus points will be applied on relevant winner's accounts. If you have multiple accounts with Telstra Plus memberships, points will be applied to one of your membership points' balance at our discretion.
Unclaimed prize draw
Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason whatsoever a winner does not redeem a prize or an element of the prize within 3 months of the end date of the promotion, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu. If required, an unclaimed prize draw will take place on 20 September 2022, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. The draw will be attended by an independent scrutineer (if required) and will take place 11am at 400 George St, Sydney. Winners will be contacted via email within two days of the draw. Winner's names for prizes over $500 will be published on www.telstra.com.au/plus by 22 September 2022.
Photographs and comments from the winner
If you are the winner, we may contact you about the promotion, and take photos of you, and use your comments and photos for promotional and marketing purposes. If we do so, you grant us a royalty free, perpetual and irrevocable licence to use your comments and the photos for such purposes.
Use and disclosure of your information
We may use and disclose the information you provide in submitting an entry on the terms and for the purposes set out in our Privacy Statement, and as required to conduct this promotion, which may include disclosing that information to prize suppliers. Supply of an alternative prize
If we are unable to provide a winner with a prize (or part of a prize), we will supply an alternative prize (or that part of the prize) of greater or equal monetary value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
Tampering with entries
We reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and address) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process.
Suspension, cancellation, modification or termination of the promotion
If for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are not able to conduct the promotion as anticipated, we may, unless to do so would be prohibited by law, disqualify any entrant, or subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, cancel, suspend, modify or terminate the promotion.
Liability excluded
To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any loss or damage or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the promotion including the prize or the taking of the prize. We accept no responsibility for any tax liabilities that may arise from winning the prize. We are not liable for any prize that may be lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way after it leaves us. By entering this this promotion, you acknowledge and agree that it is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook/Instagram, and you release Facebook/Instagram from all liability and claims in relation to this promotion.
